My mother and I ate at this location and when we entered we were seated right away. The food would have been better if it would not have gotten cold so fast but that wasn't the problem. It was when we felt that there was some suspicion of us. Out waitress walked by and eyed the money that was placed on the table after we were done with our meals. She had a facial expression as if she was trying to figure out something. Then several minutes later she walked by again and this time she asked if everything was alright. I responded with a yes and then she rushed off. We then started to feel a little uncomfortable because it seemed as if we were being pressured to leave. We even gave her a generous tip and that changed her demeanor. I don't like to be treated this way when I am spending my money. We will not be returning to this location.

I had a very good experience there. There wasn't very many people when I showed up. So business is slow during the day. But my food was great and the lady that helped me was wonderful. I even decided to pay for Two senior citizens dinners.

IHOP in Crofton never disappoints when it comes to breakfast. Their waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the maple syrup is just the right amount of sweetness. It's a go-to spot for a satisfying breakfast that won't break the bank.
this ihop is the worst ihop i’ve ever been to in my entire life. if i could give it anything less than 1 i would. all the staff seem moody and agitated constantly. the first time i went to this restaurant with my friends we noticed a foul taste in the water(it tasted like blood or iron) but we decided to see past that and go again. this second time was a nightmare. not only did our server overcharge my friend but then while we were leaving complained we did not leave a sufficient tip. he did not just politely suggest we leave a bigger tip he flat out threw a tantrum. this man then felt the need to follow us outside the restaurant and continue to harass and threaten us claiming he was not scared of us. honestly very disappointed and hope management improves as this man is claimed to be their best server.

Of the Ihops in the area, this is my favorite. We have great experiences here and staff is great. Nothing beats ihop pancakes to me, fluffy and huge!Parking: Space up front is limited but plenty of parking in the larger rear parking lotKid-friendliness: big tables and great breakfast food kid choices

The service and food was excellent however it is cold inside of the IHOP they do not have their heat on you can fill the warm air leaving your body because of the temperature difference in IHOP management must resolve this it is unacceptable to have a pack IHOP and have it be just as cold inside as it is outside 55° is not a suitable temperature for an establishment
The food is terrible the service is terrible you can never get anyone on the phone they leave you on hold they say they're going to correct a mistake and they do not the place is horrible I will never go there

Went here to grab breakfast with the family. All of our order did not come out. Had to ask for another table because the one they placed at was dirty. Had to remind the waitress to get the remainder of the order and give us napkins. I unwrapped utensils and they looked like they had not even been washed. Had to ask for hot water. I should have taken a pic of all the bacteria that floated to the top. I had to take a pic of one of the knives before and after being in hot water. It was disgusting. Stuff like this makes me just want to eat at home.
