I had the worst experience ever when I visited this store with my 3 young kids. My 10yr old son wanted a sandwich and was trying to decide the type to get but this two dudes who work there were constantly laughing and making side comments. I asked them to stop and demanded for their names so I can escalate it to management but they didn't want to give it out. Terrible service.

Embarrassing! I used the curbside ordering and when I got there and pressed “I am here”but no one came . Made several calls and line was busy! My wife went it the store and spoke to a worker who had the audacity to say they had been trying to call when there like was off the hook! So not only did no one come out with the food when called on the fact that we called to speak to someone the lied! Never again. Zero stars

Hard to want to go back even if they provide compensation. Presumably, this doesn't happen often. The location looked neat and the staff had my sub ready to go when I got there. This is a $20+ sub, so this definitely hurts my soul

Half the staff were on their cell phones and didn't look up until we were standing at the register. Then they wrote our order incorrectly, probably because they were on the phone. Never going back.

This location never skimps on ingredients! Always fresh and I love the new chopped version for sub in a tub. Love em wish they add that spicy ranch as an option to doordash options

I've eaten at Jersey Mike's almost every week for the past two months and it's not just because their sandwiches are good, but their service is always excellent and very friendly!
Fast food service from other places have been extremely poor or even hostile. Everyone is out of everything, their soda machine doesn't work, they won't customize your order, they have no customer service skills which makes the exchange confusing or makes me feel embarrassed for even asking things. I know minimum wage is tragically low and I don't expect folks to go above an beyond, but the bare minimum would be nice. I never say anything because they already seem so angry, so I don't want to antagonize them. I just sadly accept my incorrect order and move along. Often if I do say something, they act confused or straight up refuse to fix anything.
Jersey Mike's is the exact opposite and this one specifically always has plenty of people working, they're all smiling and happy to greet you, and they can hold a regular back and forth conversation. There's nothing awkward or confusing about the ordering process and everything goes so quick and smoothly. If there's a mistake, they're happy to fix it. I love this place and have come back numerous times for the customer service alone.

We came in on 6/28, 30 minutes before closing. The location was clean and spotless, all of the young men working that night were polite and efficient. They all looked very young like this was their first jobs maybe, it was very cute. They each took care of their stations and it flowed well. Our sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank you gentleman, you are all doing a great job.

Sandwich was ok, but the man collecting money and checking people out was also handling food, not changing his gloves at all. The odenton location seems a lot cleaner

Do not order from this location they flat out screw up each and every other. I ordered a cheesesteak just meat and cheese. I got home and it’s some garbage that doesn’t even resemble a cheesesteak. This is not a one time occurrence as well. Avoid. Who the hell puts bacon on a cheesesteak?!
