I am beyond livid! Mt husband went to Jersey Mikes this evening to buy me a Philly steak with on a wheat wrap. The wheat wrap was hard and the mayo had a spoiled taste to it that I literally didn’t feel good about. So I threw the whole sandwich away to prevent from getting sick. In the past I have had had great experiences at Jersey mikes in Bowie Maryland location and Virginia they would usually cut the wheat wrap sandwich neatly before they wrap it. This Jersey Mikes in particular is horrible and if they weren’t closed I would’ve drove back and got a full refund. I will definitely be calling tomorrow not because of the money but the lack of service and the fact that someone had the audacity to give me a sandwich in the condition that it was in was a slap in the face! I will be getting names.

Very disappointing, we went in for lunch on 7/9 and every employee showed they just didnt want to be there or do their job, they were not very interested in helping and barely showed interest in taking an order, every sandwich that was supposed to have bacon didnt, the card reader didnt work 3 times before switching registers, sandwich bags were not marked to it was a guessing game which was which. We will NOT be going back to this location and management needs to get their employees in check before they lose more business, used to be a 4 star place, now just kids doing bare minimum for a paycheck with 0 cares and 0 customer service

The ABSOLUTE BEST LOCATION is Odenton,Md IN ALL OF THE DMV!!! MUHAMAD the Store MANAGER literrally remembers Me ,my Name and my selection by HEART! My FOOD IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH! PAY THEM A VISIT TELL HIM NICOLE SENT YOU! Thank me later👌🏾🎯

We have had several experiences here that weren’t great but after today, we will not be returning. I placed an online order for 4 subs. I arrived to pick them up and the store seemed very unkept (door was dirty, trash can filled to the top). I was handed a bag and started to walk away and realized that it was very heavy. It definitely wasn’t my order. I returned it and gave my name again and was given the correct bag. Drove home and only had 3 subs. Tried calling multiple times but call wouldn’t go through. Drove back with my receipt and one of the workers knew right away that one of my hot subs had been forgotten. He offered to remake right away. He handed me the bag and did not even apologize for his team messing up my order. A simple “sorry we messed up,” would have been fine. A free sub would have been amazing. I got neither. Got back home and he didn’t even make the correct sub😡. They also must have been out of white bread because we got flavored rolls that we didn’t really enjoy. I understand that they run out of things but that information should be shared. Also, they weren’t busy. I saw 1 other customer each time. The second trip, they were literally sitting on the counters in the back room.

I love their sandwiches 🥪😋. Although I think they are too expensive.

Friday night there was two tall white boys working, they had an amazing attitude and were very quick with my order. They were very friendly and the sub the #8 was delicious

If I could give ZERO stars and highlight HORRIBLE service I would!!! I entered this location to pick up an order place via mobile app. 3 males were working 2 African American & 1 Caucasian male. The latter walked over, handed me my order I asked if my drink was in the bag he said yes SIR repeatedly . (Meanwhile I’m asking because I have been to this location before and my drink was not with my order.) None the less clearly this wasn't a mistake like really young man . I'm dressed in all pink and clearly a female quite feminine to say the least sad I have to even include that. I said umm sir he started laughing he walked away not even an apologetic tone NOTHING !!! Once he was more towards the soda machines he yelled and don't come back a few times. Me and my boss who was with me were absolutely in shock like is this even really happening. The behavior was so comfortable like you do this a lot. Some kind of owner ship has to be taken because I definitely can make this situation a LOT bigger than what it needs to be. You wanna make lil racial jokes and behave rudely sorry buddy not with this one.

It's clean, the kids behind the counter are helpful and fast, nothing bad to say.

I went to get two subs and asked for the oil and vinegar and the guy drenched my sub with nothing but oil , it's wet and bread is hard and they was just staring and made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Cheese steaks are pretty good!

I had the worst experience ever when I visited this store with my 3 young kids. My 10yr old son wanted a sandwich and was trying to decide the type to get but this two dudes who work there were constantly laughing and making side comments. I asked them to stop and demanded for their names so I can escalate it to management but they didn't want to give it out. Terrible service.

Embarrassing! I used the curbside ordering and when I got there and pressed “I am here”but no one came . Made several calls and line was busy! My wife went it the store and spoke to a worker who had the audacity to say they had been trying to call when there like was off the hook! So not only did no one come out with the food when called on the fact that we called to speak to someone the lied! Never again. Zero stars
