It says they open at 10am while waiting outside I look inside and see a young lady on here cell phone. Finally she opens the door and she doesn't say a word walks to the back and still doesn't say a word mind you now there's 3 of us on line waiting no sorry I will be right with she just leans on the counter and stands there. All of a sudden she says what do you want instead of how can I help you.Terrible customer service!! Never been to a Jerseys Mike's that wasn't friendly!! Until today!! That whole staff needs to be trained on customer service!!

You suck you never have anything always sold out how do you stay in business if you don’t order enough
Employees work together for bread, cheese, meats, veggies to ensure orders are correct. After each sub is constructed and passed along for wrapping, the given area is quickly cleaned to assure next sub will not be affected. Very orderly process and each employee seems to enjoy their part in producing your order.Parking: Hundreds of free parking spaces within 60 yds of Jersey Mike's.

While we like Jersey Mike's subs, I wouldn't order for delivery from this location. On multiple occasions, the order was missing items when we received it (not the delivery driver's fault). One a different occasion when I picked up an order, there were items missing (my fault for not checking before I left the store). Sending an email to their corporate does nothing. They say they will contact the store owner/manager and you never hear anything back. Whoever owns this store doesn't care about customer service or customer issues.Red Robin provides great customer service as an example. I received a delivery order and thought they gave me the wrong item. In fact it was the correct item, they just changed their product so it looked different. I received a phone call from the store manager the next day to explain and they gave me a store credit.

Jersey Mikes subs are great but this location has terrible service. This time we ordered online, when we went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready they hadn’t even started the order. They didn’t apologize, made it then and gave us the wrong items.
