My husband and I have eaten in this restaurant for years!!!!! This evening we order through Uber eats and the food was HORRIBLE!!! It has never tasted that bad! I call and speak with someone who tells me they have new chefs but did not offer me anything after I spent 68.00 on the food! Never again!!! Extremely disappointed in you Empire Garden!

This spot gives awesome service as well as enjoyable menu. My favourite restaurant in the city. The food and drinks arrived quick and the rates were fair. Will definitely recommend this place.

Horrible service the manager Amy is rude. She’s not professional or polite. She has a terrible attitude and treats you like trash. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Food is pricey for Chinese food

I requested to sit at the hibachi grill. I was told there was one cook for hibachi, so I was encouraged to sit at a booth. I chose the booth so I wouldn't have to wait to eat my main meal. I Ordered 2 hibachi entrees. The waitress apologized for the wait. The food came out in 40+ minutes and it came out cold. When I addressed the manager about the cold food, she said the plate was hot and that she could microwave my shrimp and salmon entree. Terrible Food and service! I won't be going back.

Went fairly late on a Saturday night. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Loved the decor. Menu was huge, particularly the sushi section, but they had lots of Chinese and Thai options, too. I got fried tofu and the Tokyo roll (tuna, yellowtail, and avocado), boyfriend got crab rangoon and Pad Thai, we both found everything delicious. Service was very fast and attentive, although that may have been because we were the only ones there. They also had a lot of sake varieties.

I have tried over and over to take advantage of their specials but I am absolutely done with this place their customer service is the WORSE no smiles no thank you seem to never care. I had to ask for a refill on my water and I was speechless when she filled my glass a quarter of the way.y boyfriend and I came for hibachi my boyfriend and I got no communication except to verify our order. How do you expect to make money if you can't msjr the 3 people that's in your facility to feel welcomed, and every time I ask a question I feel like I'm bothering you. Just know NEVER AGAIN need new employees or new management your customer service I'm sure is why your not getting a lot of business it's always empty when I come.
