I spotted this restaurant while traveling south on Route 3 headed for an SCA event. I found it on the way back. It is located at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 424 across Route 3 from the Giant Food Store in the Crofton Princess Shopping Center. Currently, the first entrance to the shopping center is blocked by construction equipment. The Kodo is located on the level facing Route 3. I ordered a couple of sushi rolls at the sushi bar.
