Nice atmosphere. Sub-par food and service.

No hockey at Langways? NFL Sunday is the excuse! 4 tv's with soccer on, but the owner was unwilling to change any to the Capitals game.
Never see ya later! Food went downhill for years but still wana support local joints. But not this one again. Nope. Never again.

We chose this restaurant because we assumed they would have the Capitals game on along with decent food. When we arrived, the dining area was empty and none of the TVs had the game on. We politely asked if they could put the Caps on, but were told the owner only allows football on Sundays — even though there were around 10 TVs in the dining room and two were already showing soccer.

What made it even more surprising is that Landways was originally started by a hockey player — yet they won’t even show a local NHL game when customers request it.

The host even asked us if we still wanted to stay after telling us no. We stayed reluctantly, but we won’t be back. The food is just standard bar food, nothing memorable, and the refusal to switch even one TV to hockey made the experience feel very unwelcoming.

Best sports bar in Maryland. Awesome atmosphere, good tvs and speakers to hear the game. Old Bay chicken wings were ON POINT💯 and the workers are very welcoming, especially my server Kailee. She was so helpful with helping me get the best items on the menu. She's so kind and sweet I'm definitely gonna come back here! 10/10

One of the coldest bars I’ve ever been to. Aloof bartenders that treat you as a bother if you’re not a regular.

I absolutely love going to Langways to watch football and they truly have one of the best oranges crushes in MD, but today I left dissapointed as they weren't/couldn't play the Chiefs vs Chargers game, which is FREE on YouTube (not YouTubeTV). You can't call yourself a sport bar and not have all the sports!

Four of us stopped in after the Commanders/Ravens game for a late lunch. The food was very good and the service was well above average. We didn't sit outside, but there is a very nice looking outdoor seating area. We will be back, AND I'm telling all my friends.

I go to Langways now and then. Mel was bartending she was excellent. Ice cold beer and the small Caesar salad and Ahi Tuna appetizer were fantastic and very reasonably priced. I can't wait for my next trip back!

Surprisingly good food! I'm going to be honest, I wasn't expecting much when I met up with a friend here. The food was very tasty though. Their housemade potato chips are super crispy and a nice thickness. The hoagie on my pork tenderloin sandwich was perfectly toasted, and the flavors were excellent.

Good Food, Great Prices, Great Service! 2nd Time in. 1st for food. I believe Drew was our Server. Lots of TV, lots of Parking, Clean Bathrooms!!! Can't wait to go back!

Live in the area

Called yesterday to confirm they could stream ESPN bc of the contract dispute w/ DirectTV. Wanted to watch US OPEN women’s final. They said one Tv was available to play the game. Watched the game and ate . Dropped $50 on food & drink, not including tax & tips.

Servers were very friendly & nice. Patrons were obnoxious.

But the nail in the coffin for me was when I called the next day. I asked if they could devote one TV to the men’s US OPEN final on ESPN. They declined, saying all the TVs will play football.

Needless to say I will never come back to this local haunt.

Also not veg friendly , although I am pescatarian .

Should’ve known when I saw the truck with the Trump sticker it was not a friendly place
