Marco's Pizza

Will look to avoid this location moving forward until they address the substandard personal and kitchen hygiene.

Walked in and they were basically having a party in the freezer. One guy was picking dough off the floor and didn’t see him immediately wash his hands. Another guy was preparing dough and started to pick debris off his boots then go back to preparing dough WITHOUT washing hands.

Seeing how the staff were not following proper hygiene and lack of professionalism is very concerning and disappointing.

This is now my go-to pizza joint! The staff, when I go in for pickup, are always extremely helpful and friendly. I've put in a few large orders for pizza parties with relatively short notice and the quality is always consistent. The pizza is delicious and I'm a big fan of the new Carolina Reaper cheese. Thanks for making my pizza parties a hit with all my friends!!

Every 5 minutes a Marcos commercial on my television screen on almost every channel advertisement for unlimited $6.99 medium 1 topping pizzas but No! This Marcos does not honor the sale promotions on televised commercials and internet. On their website and speaking with someone on the phone was told at this location it’s $8.99. What’s the point in patronizing this Marcos franchise when they want to rip you off and not pass on the savings to the customers in these hard economic times?

What the heck happened? We got a pizza tonight which was so bad I could hardly eat it. I’m so sorry about this because yours have always been as close as I’ve had in Buffalo.

I ordered three pizzas but was delivered two. I called location, they instructed they would make the pizza and drive it back out. They deliver the pizza, I bite it, it’s dry, no sauce. Pizza is dry, pictures attached. I call for manager, he looks the order up and gives me two options, store pizza credit or remake the pizza. I asked why can’t refund it, he goes on about store policy and keeps calling me “bru.” I simply asked to use my credit and place an order w him now over the phone. He hangs up on me.

I call back, get a different guy (said to be the night manager.) I bring him up to speed and he said all he could do was discount my next pizza $10 because of store policy and also stated he seen the employee put sauce on the pizza. We go back and forth on the difference in what each person whom claims to be a manager has stated my options to be. I finally just said screw this $18.99 pizza!!! I do not trust you to make my food at this point! Forget the credit and forget placing an order, but do give a review! Customer service sucks! If your location made the mistake, make it right, no need to be rude about it. I will not order from here in the future nor will I recommend to friends! Good Customer service is a must for me!

Consistently good carryout pizza with great deals available.

There idea of boneless wings is this. Ordered 10 got 3 with a bunch of crumbs

The pizza and service are so amazing! The night manager has always been so gracious whenever I visit! He makes sure each customer gets their order right! Staff are nice too. I literally travel to this location just for my little ole pizza. I haven’t even tried anything else I’m still stuck on the deliciousness of the veggie pizza!!

Great customer service by representatives. Bailey is an excellent employee who demonstrated outstanding service. Walking into an establishment where the employees are inviting and engaging is great. The food is top of the line. The leadership at this store deserves recognition for the great service being provided for the community. I would highly recommend coming to this location.

I love the pizzas this place makes, and they are consistent with the quality, which means a lot. I keep wanting to try something else from their menu, but I find myself going for pizza every time because it's so good. The rewards program is pretty sweet too.
