Capital Heights,MD. I just had the worst experience I have ever had. I had a representative tell me her app not working was not her problem and I quote “ I don’t want to deal with you just take the sandwich” I did not come to get a free meal. I was trying to use my birthday coupon that expires tomorrow. The manager was not on duty. After my experience 3 customers walked out. No excuse for this bad behavior. I will speak with the manager as soon as possible. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Jacqueline/Janet was really wonderful. She prepared my lunch yesterday and it was the most beautiful falafel bowl you will ever see! And she was so friendly and helpful I just had to give her a shout out. Thanks so much! Love the healthy menu choices!

This is my second time visiting this location and everytime it the same l lady I ask for double meat not half and half and she acts like I can’t afford it her reaction is always it’s 5.50 did I ask that just give me what I asked for and then you give me a dollar size portion, you know I think I’ll stick with CAVA i don’t get that from them and during checkout you ask for a tip I got one, go to cava and what serving the customer is, and owner please don’t respond I don’t want the apology or your food I’ll again go back to cava.✌🏾
