The pizzas are really good (same with the salad), but the latest trends are disappointing. We are seeing fewer toppings for a higher price, and it's just not worth it anymore. It's probably about 50% less toppings when the price went from 10 to 12 bucks for an "unlimited topping" pizza. Plus, the last visit, they hadn't even started on our order yet, when we arrived almost 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Worse staff interactions, fewer toppings, higher prices, and much lower value. It's just not worth it anymore.

I have tried this Mod Pizza location about 4 times since it opened. Every time, the pizza has less and less cheese placed on it. Today (9/14/24) I stopped in and the young lady that was wearing a hair scarf, took my order and that of my boyfriend. Customer Service was lacking from her. She wasn't very friendly and we could feel the energy of her not wanting to be there. Aside from little cheese, my pizza crust was thinner than paper. I expect thin crust but the pizza this time was the thinnest pizza I've ever had. My boyfriend ordered mega dough....which was just as thin as my pizza. For wonderful customer service and better tasting pizza, visit Newks next door or the Marcos down the street. If you're willing to drive a lil further, try &Pizza; same concept as Mod Pizza but with better tasting crust and ingredients.

Food was great. The drink fountain area was missing lids for cups and the plates were not super clean, but they did eventually refill the lids after several people requested.

A little off from the typical MOD experience. The crew was nice but despite asking for extra/more cheese several times, I still ended up with an average amount of cheese on my pie. The cauliflower crust was very tough - even they had trouble cutting it.

I placed a mobile pick up order today and my experience was less than pleasant. I get to the location and tell my name for pick up. I am 2 minutes early thinking it will be coming out around that time and instead I am told my pizza had not even been started yet. They rush to make it. While I wait for it to cook the tall blonde haired white male employee working the oven proceeds to go to his co-works and bad mouth me, which was made evident because to each new coworker he walked up he would turn his back and they would look right at me as he starts talking. The pizza comes out and it was wrong. I mention it and now have to wait for a second pizza to be made. While the second pizza is in the process of being made a new employee came out of the back and he does it again. Mind you the white male employee told me that only he and the other male employee were working. So he lied. He is wearing gym shorts, has his hat on backwards with his hair pushing way out of it quit a bit. I did get a refund and a card for a free pizza while in the store but the lack of customer service and the disrespect I felt while in the store has pushed me to leave this review. It’s sad because in the past the customer service at this location has been good but today’s visit has left a terrible impression on me.
