Tried my 1st pizza tonight and it was absolutely amazing!! Fresh ingredients, nice crust and absolutely delicious! The best thing is you can get as many toppings as you like without an additional cost!

Food is normal and fine. Service, on the other hand, is awful. If you place a to-go order, don’t expect it to be ready on time. It’s usually 10-20 minutes later than the app/website says. Have never gotten my pizza on time and that alone should tell you what type of service this MOD offers.

The pizzas are really good (same with the salad), but the latest trends are disappointing. We are seeing fewer toppings for a higher price, and it's just not worth it anymore. It's probably about 50% less toppings when the price went from 10 to 12 bucks for an "unlimited topping" pizza. Plus, the last visit, they hadn't even started on our order yet, when we arrived almost 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Worse staff interactions, fewer toppings, higher prices, and much lower value. It's just not worth it anymore.
I've been here a number of times, just to give them a second, third and fourth chance...go to the Bowie location.

I have tried this Mod Pizza location about 4 times since it opened. Every time, the pizza has less and less cheese placed on it. Today (9/14/24) I stopped in and the young lady that was wearing a hair scarf, took my order and that of my boyfriend. Customer Service was lacking from her. She wasn't very friendly and we could feel the energy of her not wanting to be there. Aside from little cheese, my pizza crust was thinner than paper. I expect thin crust but the pizza this time was the thinnest pizza I've ever had. My boyfriend ordered mega dough....which was just as thin as my pizza. For wonderful customer service and better tasting pizza, visit Newks next door or the Marcos down the street. If you're willing to drive a lil further, try &Pizza; same concept as Mod Pizza but with better tasting crust and ingredients.

Food was great. The drink fountain area was missing lids for cups and the plates were not super clean, but they did eventually refill the lids after several people requested.
