Nando's PERi-PERi

I ordered food for pickup from Nando’s Peri Peri today and was very disappointed. When I got home, both my sides—the rice and cauliflower—were only about one-third full, like someone had already eaten from them. I’ve been to this location many times to dine in because I really enjoy the food, but this experience was unacceptable. It feels like they assume customers won’t check their orders until they’re home. Very disappointed and not what I’ve come to expect from Nando’s.

So I guess Shrinkflation is alive and well at Nandos. This is a chicken breast sandwich except they forgot most of the chicken, and what was there was thin, tough and clearly sitting around for a while.

Place is so comfortable. Food is so good. Staff and management are so friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient. We will definitely come back.

I spoke with Aaliyah over the phone, and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment she answered, she was friendly, patient, and so helpful. I had a few questions and wasn’t completely sure what I wanted to order, but she took her time walking me through everything and made sure I understood all my options.You could really hear the kindness and professionalism in her voice she never rushed me, and she made the whole process super easy. It’s rare to find someone who gives that much attention and care over the phone, but Aaliyah really went above and beyond.
Thanks to her, my order came out perfectly, and she left such a positive impression that I had to leave a review. Nando’s is lucky to have someone like Aaliyah representing them!

Food is ok, not very flavorful. Expensive for what it is. Long lines to order full of people that should know what they want before they get to order, but don’t. Wasting everyone’s time. Meh.

Messed and order carry out when we were dining in. Manager was fast to act and made sure we got our food. Quality of food and service were great

Food was delicious Brussels sprouts was the best I have ever tasted. No bacon yummy.

This was our second time and it was so good! I wish we had this resteraunt in Missouri. Friendly staff and great food.

Placed to go order ahead of time to be picked up at 6, it’s 6:40 now and I’m still waiting for the food to get ready. I asked how much longer at 6:20 and was told 5-10 more minutes.
