Super unprofessional staff. Ignores people at the counter and took over 30 minutes to get my order cause they failed to send it back to the kitchen. The bathroom was also really dirty. The owners family was there and you could tell they were prioritizing looking after their tables to getting the customers orders in. Won’t be returning to this location ever again.

The fireplace has been broken for months. It’s now winter (when we need it) - and they say they are still waiting on parts.. REALLY?

Or is it that no one is paying attention. I love reading or eating by the fireplace.

Perhaps I’ll have to take my business across the mall to Farmhouse. Their fireplace works just fine.

I will never come back to this Panera bread. They have bread for sandwiches, but they ran out of bread for the side to eat with your soup. They were also rude about it when I asked if they had bread that I could buy that they use for sandwiches.

This location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Panera, largely due to a very careless manager. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and helpful. Normally, I love Panera’s bakery items, but at this location, I was given hard, stale baked goods. When I asked about it, I was told, “It depends who made it,” and they didn’t bother to switch the rest that was already made.

First and second level management needs to get control of the workers. No other worker was causing issues, but there was one employee that was making barking sounds at another. It is probably just the case that he is very young and is in need of mentorship and guidance, but it needs to be understood that behavior like that will create an environment that customers do not want to return to. To be frank, I did not eat the food that I paid for because if management is so lax that an employee feels he can bark freely, then the food safety probably isn't that great either. I will, however, give a shout out to the employee that was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the menu.
