This location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Panera, largely due to a very careless manager. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and helpful. Normally, I love Panera’s bakery items, but at this location, I was given hard, stale baked goods. When I asked about it, I was told, “It depends who made it,” and they didn’t bother to switch the rest that was already made.

First and second level management needs to get control of the workers. No other worker was causing issues, but there was one employee that was making barking sounds at another. It is probably just the case that he is very young and is in need of mentorship and guidance, but it needs to be understood that behavior like that will create an environment that customers do not want to return to. To be frank, I did not eat the food that I paid for because if management is so lax that an employee feels he can bark freely, then the food safety probably isn't that great either. I will, however, give a shout out to the employee that was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the menu.

I placed an order through the Panera Bread app but accidentally sent it to the Linthicum Heights location off W. Nursery Rd instead of the Waugh Chapel location in Crofton, where I intended to pick it up. When I arrived at Waugh Chapel, I realized my mistake, and my order wasn't there. The employees and the manager, Marlon, at Waugh Chapel were incredibly kind and understanding. They suggested I call the Linthicum Heights location to cancel the order, which I did successfully. To my delight, Marlon filled my order on the spot despite the mix-up.

Their efficiency and kindness made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impressively quick. I can't thank Marlon and the staff at Waugh Chapel enough for their amazing customer service. Highly recommend this Panera Bread location for their thoughtfulness and efficiency!

The pretty girl with the pink hair chased me out the door to let me know that wrong sandwich was given to me on accident. She did not have to do that at all and saved my lunch! Gave me the correct sandwich without missing a beat. I ordered to-go and I honestly didn’t even think to check before I walked away with the wrong item! I’ve seen her there for a while now she is a wonderful worker. And the sandwich was amazing, as always. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s amazing. Loved the Mountain Dew. So good and got it for free. My cousin knows the owner and can get what he wants for free. I got the Mountain Dew for free. Their brownies are delicious. I give this place a five out of five. The atmosphere is great in its smells great in there every time. If you haven’t tried this, but you are just looking at the ratings and reviews, go over there right now. It’s worth your time.

Bob is one of the most joyful service workers I've ever interacted with. It's evident that he cares about his job and delivering quality service to everyone who comes into the restaurant. He's very friendly, and fills the service area with lighthearted commentary. I love overhearing about his records when I am posted up here to do work.
