Papa Johns Pizza

I used to have a much better review for this place but the quality of product over the last 2 months has been terrible. Skimpy toppings and the pizza just falls apart.

It’s disappointing because it used to be my son’s favorite place to buy pizza. The lower price is not worth the lack of quality here.

Ken the manager is a great leader of the team and makes the best pizza in the area!!!

Normally have a decent experience at this location. Ordered a pie online. Realized immediately that I selected a whole topping instead of half. I called the location and had to go through the automated portion (which actually tells you that if you want to modify your order or speak to someone press 5) before I could speak with someone. When I finally spoke to an employee I was told that my pizza couldn’t be modified because it was already placed in the oven and that it was my fault that I picked the wrong topping so they would refund me out of courtesy. He was very rude and unprofessional. That’s how you treat customers? No, what you do is offer to remake the pie and swallow the original. Won’t be back.

This Papa Johns(and I have no reason to believe it's different at any other of their stores) uses an off-site call center to take their orders over the phone. We placed an order and went to pick it up and they said they never even received an order from us.

If you care about your business THAT little, that you won't even hire enough employees to be able to take calls and receive orders, then you are absolutely not a business that deserves money. I'm sick of the customer experience suffering because corporations want to penny-pinch. Enough. Done with this franchise. Buy local.

I never got a pizza that looked like this in my life, this clearly fell on the floor 🤦🏽 next time i rather go to sleep hungry then order from here again

Definitely don't expect friendly interactions here. As far as the pizza goes, AVOID this place at busy times when they have teenagers making the pizzas because they absolutely don't give af. I ordered the XL New York Style Crust pizza and it was a epic fail. The crust I got was overly thick and the pizza was completely overcooked. It basically tasted like 3 day old microwaved pizza. Frozen pizza would have tasted better.

I ordered two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. One of the pizzas that I ordered many times before (no cheese no sauce and lots of veggies) came with a smattering of ingredients and a very dry crust (original crust). The total amount of ingredients on this medium size pizza was barely enough to cover two slices (pics attached). The other pizza was supposed have light amount of alfredo sauce but it arrived looking like a huge amount was poured on the pizza but tasted very thin and watery. Also, neither of the pizzas came with any spices.

Papa Johns is a good, reasonably priced place to grab a pizza when you don't have time to cook. They have some good deals so you don't feel too guilty. The employees there are always pleasant and provide good service!

Very upset with our last Papa Johns experience. We asked for extra cheese and at almost $4.00 extra a pop it would be nice if they would be true to adding it on. The pizza and breadsticks looked terrible like they were thrown together quickly, and the taste was not much better. It is unfortunate because we have had good experiences in the past. Having family visiting from out of state and the poor quality we received with the high price tag was really disappointing.

This is my FIRST review ever in life. I LOVE papa johns and pizza in general. But this place CONSISTENTLY makes horrible pies that shouldn't be served to anyone. The amount of cheese put on my pizza is simply disrespectful. I placed MULTIPLE orders and, well, the pictures speak for themselves. The cheese never makes it to the crust for some reason and there is cheese missing in several places in the middle most of the time. It's frustrating because this place is making me dislike papa johns but I know it's the location. I am surely not the only person experiences this, and unsure why someone hasn't been fired unless the owner is instructing this horrible behavior. Either way.. just close down if you aren't going to provide good service so a different store can deliver to me. I shouldn't have to drive to a different location to avoid this locations deliver. Yes... im frustrated, hence this being my first written review in life. Two thumbs down

Surprised that I don't see 5 star all the way down. I order from this papa John's location all the time and the pizza is Always hot and good and exactly what I ordered. Can't remember any problems and it's been a long time at this same store. All the delivery drivers are really cool and friendly too ! Thank you to everyone at this Location!
