Worst pizza place in Crofton. Workers are lazy. Close down the phones if they don't feel like working! If you order online they take your money and never show up. I've never written a review in my life but this place is so terrible I thought it was necessary

Pizza was hot and fresh. Great customer service. As we sat there we could smell cigarette smoke. I'm like wow someone must be outside the door for it to be so strong. I then tried to use the bathroom and realized it was locked, but worse it's where the smoke was coming from. I waited 10 minutes hoping to get into the restroom. The person still hadn't come out, so we left and alerted the workers maybe someone needed help in there. We were told it's the Manger who is in the bathroom! Smoking! Isn't it againt the law to smoke inside restaurants? It stuck so bad. It's a beautiful day outside. Why not go smoke outside. I left with the worst headache.

Only one guy working there. Came to pick up an order and after waiting for 10 mins the guy said he was waiting 20 mins before I even got there. Left to pick up chic fil a for my family and when I got back the dude was still waiting for his door dash. Pizza Hut out pizza’d themselves.

I arrived early to pick up my pizza and saw the cook drop my pizza on the floor. I did not say anything initially hoping he would let me know the mistake and tell me it would be a few minutes to remake the pizza. Instead it was passed off as totally normal and they handed me the pizza order. When I confronted the worker they denied it and when they got the manager in charge he did not talk to the cook and did not believe me. I asked him again to walk back and ask the truth. Upon walking back up to the front of the store the manager said nothing and just gave me a full refund with no explanation or apology. Needless to say I am more disappointed in the lie and continuing to cover it up instead of taking responsibility. As a frequent customer at this location I must say I will never go back.

I don't understand how this location is ALWAYS OUT OF WINGS!!!! Like how is this happening so often? They need to fix this issue because I'm sure I'm not the only customer who cancels ordering all together because I can't get wings with my pizza! It sucks

I always have to do carry out because for some reason they get my delivery order incorrect all the time. Then when I come to the store, no one is wearing hair nets and just scratching their heads over the dough, I'm good !
Mangers are never helping employees either outside doing drugs in car or smoking cigarettes all the pizzas here are sloppy and not made with care i don't trust the management
