Food is ok if you ask thrm to make a fresh batch of chicken. Sometimes order is wrong. Today my order was missing an item and they won't answer the phone to help.

Placed a mobile order, they forgot 2 times. Didn’t not notice until we got home. Having to drive 10 minutes back wait in the drive thru line, only for staff to not understand. Told them at the speaker, than at the window when I pulled up, for that employee to be confused. I show my order explain now 2 things missing, then I had to explain to another employee who still didn’t understand. Then had to explain again to the same employee. The chicken was over cooked. Not sure why anyone eat at this place.

There is a terrible language barrier problem, they transfered me to 3 ppl to take my order and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich with no pickles. This is the second time I've come to this Popeyes and they gave gotten my order wrong. I speak a little Spanish not much unfortunately!!

3 sides all half empty and my 5pc was more like a 4pc due to two very small pieces. The coleslaw was bad/spoiled and not edible. But the kid at the window was cool.

Just did a big order on Doordash with coworkers and they messed it up bad. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches w/ sweet heat and a frozen lemonade. What I got was ONE classic sandwich, no drink, and no sauces. Don’t allow big orders in your store if you can not handle it.
