If I can rate lower, I would. The customer service at the front is horrible. I waited for 10 minutes at the pickup counter, with no service. Once I got service, I realized that the group of three people talking were staff!! They all saw me waiting but not one of them stopped to ask if they could help. Unbelievable!

Our family went for lunch today. We were given hot fries a few minutes after we were seated. Our server Maddie was awesome. The food was hot and on point. Our family left full and happy. Management was great and checked to make sure everything was perfect. We will be back.

It wasn’t a bad experience but it wasn’t a super great one either. The food was decent at least. The server was nice and polite but it took her a while to do anything. She wasn’t very attentive. The employees there just seem miserable overall.

Went here with my S/O and we both realized that Red Robin is better than we give credit for. Burgers were great. Service was great. Had a really nice time overall.

Drove an hour away just to get RR because we don't have any by us. Asked for a bunch of campfire sauce because it's the main reason we come to RR and of course they forgot all of them! Not 1 or 2 but all 5 of the campfire sauces I ordered! Beyond pissed. Never again
They also gave me the wrong burger despite the fact that I ordered 2 of the same. One was right and the other wasnt.

Have gone here 3 times in the last few months and only actually eaten once. The first time it took a while to get seated, but service was decent once we had. The 2nd time we were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait even though it was half empty. The third time we waited at the entrance 5-10 minutes and no one even noticed we were there. We love Red Robin, but will not waste our time with this location again anytime soon.

Pricey but good. For an appetizer, 3 entrees and 3 drinks, spent more than $100. Not sure if it’s a good value for the money, but at least everything was really good. Sure to please a family after a long week, just not the person who has to pay.

I have no idea how Red Robin on a Saturday night has a 45 min wait time when we look at the dining area and see nothing but empty tables. Literally saw no customers dining. Last 2 times we’ve dined here we were able to get a table right away but same situation, hardly anyone at tables. Definitely a management issue especially because other Red Robin’s my family has dined at have been packed. What’s the Ben more disappointing is this one is in a prime area.
