I had such a great experience at this Red Robin! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home in their restaurant. Even though they were short-staffed, they handled everything like professionals and ensured that everyone received excellent service. I can’t recommend their burgers enough—they’re fantastic! If I get the chance to visit again, I’d love to try one of their signature drinks, too.
I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Bella was amazing! Her customer service was outstanding. She anticipated all our needs and made sure that my meal and shake was gluten free. I would definitely come to this location again to receive her service.

Kanesa, who said she was the manager, made my experience extremely uncomfortable. She could not figure out how to apply my birthday reward. She was extremely rude, extreme, and outrageous. She kept coming over even though I made it clear I did not want her to continue to bother me while I was trying to eat. The server, Gary, was really good. It is a shame the management is so poor. I request a response from the General Manager.

Had the $10 cheeseburger special with onion rings.
Burger is about half the size of their regular burger. With toppings etc, with rings and strawberry sunday was full
Tasted pretty good. Orings are generally the best. Shake was great - 2 glassfuls.
IMO better than 5 guys and again IMO almost as good as shake shak

RAT DROPPINGS WERE ON MY PLATE!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! 🤮💩🐀 I showed the general manager the rat poop on my plate, and she denied it was rat poop. I refused to eat the food, and the manager would not remove the food from my bill. When I was leaving, I did see a rat run across the floor, unsurprisingly after what I just experienced.

I will be forwarding this experience and pictures to the Maryland Department of Health and look forward to this Red Robin location closing down permanently. I won’t be returning to this location until another restaurant takes it place, maybe a Shake Shack or Chili’s would do much better in location than Red Robin. There are several restaurants that have closed in this shopping center, so looking forward to Red Robin being added to this closed list!

This location is hit or miss and lately, it’s been all miss. This is the second time in a row I’ve had a terrible experience. Our waiter didn’t check on us once and instead spent most of the time chatting with a friend at another table. The place was nearly empty (around 2 PM on a Thursday), so there was no excuse for the lack of attention.

To top it off, I paid $5 for a drink with no refill offered. When our server finally approached us at the end of the meal, they just stared at us, no check-in, no questions, nothing. Just incredibly poor service.

Unfortunately, this was my last straw. During my previous visit, we waited at our table for over an hour without a single staff member acknowledging us, so we ended up walking out. Safe to say I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The food was really good, and this particular location seemed to be a newer or remodeled one. The service was the absolute downfall. Didn’t get acknowledgment from waiter until 15 to 20 minutes after sitting down. Service was also slow when it came to refills and checking in.

By far, the worst Red Robin I've ever been to. Went at an off hour at a not busy time... The host was absent when entering and it took 10 minutes to get seated in an empty restaurant. The waitress was MIA for extended periods. No silverware, napkins, or straws given after serving beverages and food. Either this franchise is trash now, or I happened to find a very poorly run restaurant...

I just didn't care for it. The deserts were great... but bottomless specialty drinks sat un-refilled, and I honestly hate flagging down waiters for simple things like that. Also... we ordered a milkshake for my 12yo and they brought us a kid's size. I mean she pays full price at the movies... so she can drink a normal milkshake! The burger was good, the wings were tough, and the shrimp was over breaded. Dissatisfied overall... but it was a rather nice bathroom at least.

All I wanted was a juicy cheese burger with some teriyaki sauce and no bun. Apparently, you can't just order a burger. You have to choose a specialty from the menu and remove all the things it comes with, while still paying full price. I have no bottom teeth and can't chew. I ended up with tavern burgers, (not knowing they are smash burgers) and crispy sweet potato fries. Total waste of my money.

The management sucks, treat employees terrible. The food is nasty. The ac doesn’t work. Terrible working and eating conditions. Would never recommend anyone to ever considering visiting this establishment.
