Such a love/hate relationship with this place. We have been to this location 4-5 times and most of the time it’s pretty good. However, today we tried to go for lunch and the restaurant’s system went down. Not sure what they have a computer system for, but we decided to leave. Place has so much potential, but I feel as though it’s being squandered by incompetence at the upper levels. I’ll never give up on Red Robin

Myself and my extended family were in about 1 weeks ago. Our server, Charles was outstanding. We were a party of 9 and he took excellent care of us. The food was good and the service outstanding. He saw to our every need and was always around If we needed him.

I came to pick up my order and stood in the front lobby for five minutes before I peaked around the corner to find someone. I asked if I could just grab my order and the bartender snapped at me with the worst attitude. He obviously hates his job. Very nasty An egotistical. Red Robin hasn’t gotten any better folks.

We left the restaurant as no server came to assist us after being there for 20 + minutes. There was barely customers there and we see servers just talking .

If I was able to give service a half star that's what this place would definitely get.Went there yesterday for lunch had to wait forever the manager never acknowledge us,server must of walked by our table at least 6 times. Oh and bathrooms are filthy this place is poorly managed .If you want to keep you customers happy start with better servers and management who cares.Will never go back into this Red Robins ever again

The ribs wasn't that good and bbq was thin and overcooked and waiter kept forgetting things we asked for on every trip. Won't be back to this location again. We also were asked to wait for 15 mins with a half open restaurant and NO ONE in bar area and we weren't asked where'd we like to sit or even gave that non-wait area an option until we asked.

My husband was very excited to go to Red Robin for Veterans Day and get his free meal. We knew there was going to be a wait, so we walked around and waited about 15 min past the est. time. Once we got to our seat, a server took a little bit to come over, asked for my husbands ID, rudely, then took about 15 min to get our drinks. She forgot straws, didn’t grab a kids menu for our toddler and was very very slow. We ended up being there for 2 full hours and more than half the time we were just waiting to be served on. She would go to the tables around us and not even look our way. When we were checking out.. again on Veterans Day… she didn’t say a word. Gave us our check to sign and not a thank you for stopping in, and not anything towards to husband for his service. I understand it was a busy day, but there were also 7 empty tables around us. My husband was extremely excited to go to Red Robin, it was a must. And we left irritated, disrespected and rudely served.

Went during lunch with just my sister and was told it would be a 15 min wait for an almost empty restaurant but ended up waiting 45 mins. The margarita wasn’t filled up all the way and tasted like icy water with a little bit of tequila. The appetizers, entrees and waiter were great though. In all, spent 2 hours there for a quick lunch.

The only redeeming feature of red Robin was that the burgers were tasty. Whoever is running the kitchen is doing great. Our server was absent, irritable, and haughty. When I complained about my margarita tasting (and feeling) like a virgin drink, he stormed off mid-sentence and loudly complained to the manager, who came over to our table (not by my request). The manager insisted I must've just not tasted the alcohol in the drink because it's so smooth. I'm an alcohol feather weight and even the weakest margaritas have me tipsy by halfway through. The manager then offered to cover the cost of our appetizer, which was strange since it was the margarita that was a problem.

Overall it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I don't think I'll be back.

Wish I could give negative stars. My family of four came here and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. It took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and the manager had to step in because our server disappeared.

When our burgers finally came out, the kids’ meals were missing because our server never put them in. We had to wait another 15 minutes for their food. The manager apologized for the mistake, but that was about it.

For almost $80, it definitely wasn’t worth it. If you want a good burger and better service, go to Five Guys instead.
