I wasn’t even the customer, but I had to leave a review because Christy F.’s customer service was THAT good. I overheard her helping my brother in law over the phone, and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. You could hear how much she genuinely cared about making sure the customer was taken care of. That level of service is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. Slim Chickens is lucky to have her she made a great impression without even serving me directly! Now I’m coming to this location just for Christy F.!

Ang Joe’s is much better. The young man at the window laughed when we asked for milkshakes, even though it was only 905 stating that they shut down the milkshake machine an hour before closing the entire reason we went there was really four milkshakes in the chicken was just an high bonus so we ended up with the bonus chicken that was not very good in the first place and a smart ass attendant. These kids need to learn Customer Service before they’re put at the drive-through window.

Visited for the first time on Dec 13th. Food was amazing. Chicken and waffles, bites, fries. I was, however, VERY disappointed with the dessert. I got the banana pudding jar and it was whipped cream and Nilla wafers..FOR $7???? SMH. Very disappointed. Id return but will never get the dessert again

I come here about twice a month. The service is great. It's refreshing to visit an establishment where the employees actually seem like they WANT to be there. The chicken is freshly made, and I love the variety of sauces.

Christy took our order in the drive through and delivered first class customer service. She was so friendly with her greeting I was taken back as it’s not the typical experience you receive in a drive through and I had to take it all on for a moment because I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first ever visit to this restaurant but my engagement with Christy as she took my order alone will have me coming back! She was so professional and she remembered my name! Little things like that mean a lot to me! And this restaurant was giving back to the local high school - fantastic! Please promote Christy ahead of her peers! She wished my family a happy Thanksgiving and she was just so wonderful! Christy truly deserves recognition! The food was delicious too! Thank you Christy!!! My day was crappy and you totally made my day! ❤️

There's a Raising Kaines very close by. The food is kind of similar - just more tasty. Ok - I must admit that I I find Raising Kaines to be really bland and boring. So when this location has Mango Habenare on the sauces list - it automatically beats RKs. I orders the 5 pice combo which is 5 pieces of tenders and 5 wings. Came with two dipping sauces for the tenders and I got 2 wings in the mango habanero and 3 in the garlic parm sauce. Also a butters toast cut into 2 triangles and fries. They also supplied two wet wipes along with a bunch of napkins. A fountain drink completed the order.
The service was very friendly. The girl taking the order at the drive through was patient and polite and happy to explain the ordering process and the food on offer. They have burgers and stuff also.
The tenders were breaded and fried and tastier than RKs without any sauce. The dipping sauces - sweet chilli and Korean BBQ were exactly as described. The mango habanero was surprisingly not as spicy as the sweet chilli even though it tops the list as the spiciest sauce. The wings were as expected. The garlic parm was perfect as almost a pallet cleanser.
It is on the side of the road where you don't expect there to be an eatery. So unless you are looking for it you will drive right past it. I say this because, on this road, most of the fast food places are on the left side of the direction of travel. Slim Chickens is all by itself in a standalone building.

Ok so right now I’m just writing about the dessert really I will say some about my waffles but I’m really just trying to talk about the dessert. :D so first the waffles where really good and the syrup with it was good too! >< it tasted like the Mikey mouse waffles from Disney! But now for the dessert!!! It was really delicious I got the chocolate fudge brown thingy jar! It tasted SOOO GOODD >< I will definitely have to come back for it later! I loved the whip cream on the top!!! :D sorry this one isn’t as detailed as normal but yeah!
Love there tea their cake jars their food so good personally I think their better then the chicken place across the way from them

first time it is really good. took a friend. she got a chicken sandwich and had some kind of sauce on it. she sent back. they made it again but it sat back in kitchen for at least 8 to 10min warm at Best. Frye's were not as good as I remembered. good note my tenders were excellent. I will be back for another judgement.
I noticed when this restaurant opened and wondered what made it Slim. I saw that the choices of sauces for wings & tender nuggets all look delicious. I had to try them both without flavor added. The service was very good and th employees were pleasant. Very satisfied by the taste.
