I go to this location often and every time I have an exceptional experience. On Thursday, 9/11 at around 1:15pm I went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 drinks and had to correct both orders. Once I got to the window, there was a young man, all I saw was a Rookie tag on him. He was not friendly. When I said thank you each time, he didn’t say you’re welcome. When I went to pay (I even still have a tip), he rolled his eyes when I wanted to Apple Pay. Still no thank you. I have never received this type of service here.

My husband went to pick up my order since I am sick. I come to this Starbucks all of the time and have never had an issue. I called to let them know that my croissant was missing from my order and the manager Alex was very rude and stated I needed to come to the store to get my refund. I told her I am sick and she just kept stating the policy as if she was a robot. No offer of a giftcard for the inconvenience. She stated that giftcards are given when there is a wait of more than ten minutes. So make sure to get a giftcard if you have to wait for your order for more than ten minutes. I am sure this is not true.

I will not be coming back to this Starbucks, you lost a faithful customer because your supervisor has zero customer service skills. Very disappointed, now I have to drive 30 minutes to get a refund for $4.

Every time I order oatmeal I asked for all of the toppings and I pay $1.25 for the blueberries. You must check to make sure they give you the blueberries because the times I didn’t check sure enough they didn’t add the blueberries in my bag. Sooo annoying, I don’t understand why they can’t it right.

I ordered a Grande Iced Matcha Latte with no ice in a Venti cup through the app. When I picked it up, the drink was noticeably underfilled as shown in the photo. I was told it was because I didn’t ask for ice.

But Starbucks policy is to fill drinks to the standard beverage line especially when no ice is requested not leave a huge gap like this. I essentially got a grande matcha with room for ice that never existed, and it felt like I was paying full price for less product.

This was disappointing, especially since I paid for a full drink and received much less. I love Starbucks, but experiences like this make me question whether customizations are being used as excuses to cut corners. Please ensure staff are following proper procedures for no-ice orders.

Very friendly service. I have a go to drink and it’s always made well. This is my preferred location for that reason. Although its 15 -20 minutes from me its worth it to have my drink made correctly.

Its never too incredible busy although the center is popular. I am such a creature of habit I just pull to drive thru and they know my name and order already. Now thats customer service.

Came in here to order something while on break. Barista with blue hair was very rude, tossed my food on the counter, and was too busy doing something to take my order at first. Very disappointed. Expect better customer service for what you guys charge for shitty coffee and service. Back to Dunkin for me.

This place is an absolute disgrace truley, I never comment or leave reviews I’m not the type of person but I came through the drive thru w my baby to get an ice water ( she’s asleep and I can’t get out of the car) and they refused me service because I didn’t have enough to buy anything additional, when I got to the window a boy with an attitude reiterated that I can’t get the water and couldn’t be bothered anymore

My daughter and I stopped by this location to get some coffee and some pastries.
It was like @ noon and it was not busy at all.
We walked in and I have never experienced something like this in a Starbucks before.
3 employee were working at the time and they didn’t even took the time to look at us and they let us wait for some time, finally one of the employees told us that someone will help us while she was getting ready to take a break or something but before this she could had helped us because she was just standing and the other employee didn’t seem like they wanted to help us either.
It’s very sad that we had to experience this really bad customer service.
I will definitely never go back to this location ever again.
