Disgusting. Gave me nothing on the sandwich and didn’t toast it when I asked for it to be toasted. I asked for extra veggies and Mayo and it was just bread and meat plopped on it. No effort went into it. And on top of it all the cookie I got was stale. Thanks!!

Went here at 1pm on a Wednesday. All employees on their phones. Stood there for 5 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Ended up leaving. I guess they don't want money today. Supported another business down the road instead. This place sucks. Go to another store if you can.

When I called to help them sort out a Doordash issue, the employee who answered the phone was super rude and nasty from the get go.
Whoever owns this location...Fix your address with Doordash!!! You have it listed with Doordash as 738 N. 3rd St, Cumberland, MD. We are tired of having to cancel customer orders because you don't know your own address.

Horrible customer service. Today only got soda from Subway and paid. We ate in and before we left there another associate asked us to pay even though we paid. Their associate was really rude when he asked us, then I had to show my receipt before leaving. Their associates are mannerless. Avoid this place at all cost.

Made a mobile order for two subs. This store located in the BP gas station between two directions of the roadway. Arrived after 15 minutes and our order was ready for pickup. The Footlong Steak & Cheese in Hearty Multigrain was well prepared. The Footlong Rotisserie-Style Chicken in Artisan Flatbread was made as expected.

Not a good experience. Without looking at my coupon in detail, the sandwich maker quickly let me know "we don't take those." After adjusting my order based on this fact, as she begun to make it, she asked before adding tuna whether I wanted it toasted. My clear reply, "Sure, you can do it at the end." She pointed to the tuna again and then seemed confused, but I said afterwards, meaning after adding the tuna. Since she was so confused but clearly was sharp and spoke fluently to express "we don't take those" coupons, I just walked out. It doesn't take much to make a sandwich so I decided to save money and frustration to leave and make my own. Thanks a lot for me burning my gas though.

Been here often, used coupons typically without issue. Tried to use this one today, which does not specifically exclude any foot-longs in its description EXCEPT for signature wraps. Told me that it could only be used on the basic subs, even though it never explicitly states that. Would rather them just tell me that they aren't a participating restaurant and not take the coupon than try to finagle their own terms.
