Great service and great food.

The vibe is just blah. I sat at the bar and after 10 to 15 minutes not 1 bartender acknowledged me so that I could order a beverage. Spend your money where they appreciate you but not here.

Hours say open till 2 am. Show up just after midnight and am told the kitchen is closed. I would understand closing the kitchen around 1:30, but midnight feels ridiculous.

The service is just overall extremely bad. I do not know if it's management, employees, or a lack or training but literally everyone is tuning around like a chicken with their head cut off. You have no one attending the to go orders(how i order)& you have a constant lack of communication when people are waiting for food or to be seated overall it's just a very unpleasant experience.

She's dying. Needs a creative manager as life support.

First I wanna start off by saying that as soon as you walk into the door the employees right off the bat act like its a nuisance to assist you. A couple weeks ago I came here for a pickup order for a appetizer sampler, I wasnt aware of where to go so I walked into the front door. I waited 10 mins for someone to even acknowledge me to point me in the right direction for pick up orders. Plenty of employees looked at me and just kept walking. When I went to the pickup spot, it took them 30 mins to get an appetizers sampler out to me. I had a newer manager (as he stated) that provided me with 40 dollars in turtle bucks that he assured me could be used all at the same time no problem to try to get me to come back and give them another try to do it right next time. So I did just that tonight before I went to a movie and low and behold I walked in and told them that one of their managers had assured me I could use all the turtle bucks as a courtesy for my bad experience last time to give them another shot and they told me I can only use 1 per visit regardless of what the manager said. Manager on duty was not the manager I spoke to before so I grabbed my stuff and left. I figured id try to give them another shot but since the staff likes to lie to try to bring customers back in I will no longer be going to this location or this restaurant again. Had I not asked beforehand and just took the managers word for it (because why would they lie to me) I wouldve been slapped with the full bill and told at the time of purchase. Definitely disappointing, I took down a previous bad review because I respected that the manager that day was trying to make things right but my review is now going right back up.

The music was so loud, we had to keep asking our waitress to repeat herself because we couldn’t hear her, and we couldn’t hear one another at the table at all. We asked if they could turn the music down and the waitress said “The manager’s trying to see if they can,” which tells me they had no intention of turning it down. The music stayed blaring the entire time. It also took about 15 min to get waited on after we were seated. Appetizers came out at the same time as the food—some of it was lukewarm and cold.

We went for a business meeting but the service was excellent. And we were there late but they still we're very nice. The food was good, I couldn't eat it all.

Very disappointed, the food was just ok, the service hard to find. Child's dinner last to come. I go the impression that it was just a noisy bar that sold food on the side.
