The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

The food was terrible, took way too long to get served, and our waiter was not very personable. I was really hoping this Green Turtle was better than this but it wasn’t. Definitely won’t come back.

Came in on a Saturday at 7:00 pm, most of restaurant was empty, first bad sign. They advertised Crushes for $5.00 each. Most ingredients were out limiting options. Then we ordered most basic food, burgers. We ordered with tots for an additional $2.00, they came out at the end of the meal after burger was delivered and most ate. The tots were over cooked and full of grease. The wings we ordered tasted under done. Then when bill came out, we had been over charged for Crushes and told some were more then others but the menu said $5.00 crushes, no specific types. Our bill was adjusted and waitress was very accommodating. We will NOT BE BACK. we were not impressed with food and especially having to be charged twice to fix bill and wait for refund on first charge. I know this is a spots bar but management is lacking and it appears no one is keeping up with what they need in stock, especially for a weekend.

This Greene Turtle location never disappoints. Kris always goes out of his way to make sure everyone’s taken care of — you can tell he really takes pride in what he does. Tony and Zae were my servers and they killed it. Super chill, on point with timing, and made the whole experience better. Good service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Had a great time at The Greene Turtle. Kris, the manager, was super cool and made sure everything was running smooth. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the energy in the place. Tony and Zae were my servers, and they were both on point, friendly, fast, and just overall great to talk to. They made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back soon.

Came in Tuesday for the Love Island watch party. I love this idea. Very different but seemed to have a great atmosphere for everyone to watch. The staff were wonderful and very attentive, I was able to have a wonderful conversation with the manager working last night. (She told me her name but I cannot remember.) Will be back next week!

I was craving crab fries and since green turtle was close I ordered some. When I went to go pick it up I saw one of the cooks pour the crab dip in a measley cup. I saw the fries and was flabbergasted by how little crab dip was on there. I asked to put more but they explained they couldn't.

The fries were dry at that point and I couldn't even taste any crab after I shook it up trying to have all the fries coated. The one in Brandywine puts enough for you to taste this, with the one here I had to drink water after every bite.

I will probably gaslight myself into thinking it was just a one time thing and go back but since the memory is still fresh in my head and that $13 waste of money is still on mind I will say I wouldn't order this again. The quesadilla was good though.

I waited for my food for 25 minutes after the said time which was 3:32pm today and still didnt get it so i had to cancel it. Am i supposed to keep on bugging the workers if my orders ready.

It was one of the most updated Greene Turtles I went to. There were TVs everywhere. I love this place.

The servers are incredibly disrespectful including management.
