This place used to be great, when Sean owned it once it was sold they switched everything around it's absolutely horrible I do not recommend this place anymore bring back 2023, haven't eaten here in months but I just now realize that I put the review up for the Glen Burnie vocelli's ,which I do not know anything about it all

Waited 74 minutes for pizza delivery and pizza was ice cold. Driver blamed it on Traffic. Said he would give 40% off next order. He felt the ice pizza and that is what he offered. Quality of pizza poor! My husband could only eat top of pizza not crust. We will never use them again especially since we tipped 15% for delivery paid $5.00 for delivery for a medium pizza with pepperoni and a white small pizza with bacon. Total bill over $54.00.

I ordered a pizza, for delivery, this past Friday at 5:15 p.m. I was told it would be at my door in about 40-45 minutes. When I inquired about the status of my order an hour later, I was told to wait 25 more minutes. My pizza did not arrive till 7:15 p.m. — two hours after I ordered. The customer service is much to be desired.

Ordered a sausage pizza no sauce hardly and hardly no cheese just awful, luckily i lived too far away to return the pizza will not go back there to order a pizza from there

Never tried this place until recently and will not be returning. Sadly the food is poor quality. It seems they are out of everything we tried to food we did order seemed not fresh, perhaps right out of a tomato sauce jar. Disappointed! Not to mention they were out of all of the desserts.

Pizza was good. Next time I know to skip the cinnamon rolls. They're so tiny and on the hard side. Better off getting pizza here and picking up dessert from Giant.
Pizza and Stromboli are great. Easy to order online.

Use to be be our go to place but as of 06/11/24 around 7pm it will not be.
I called for curbside and was told ‘10 more mins’
I called back 15 mins later and the Indian guy told me ‘we’re really busy call back in 10 mins’
Grabbed my kid out of the car to figure out what was going on only for the staff to have no idea what is happening. Was also met with an attitude from someone when they told me they didn’t even start my order yet, now 15 minutes past expected time.
Even better they got upset with me for being upset.
Not sure if ownership has changed but at this rate they will not last.
Disgusting operation and service, will not come back again. Do not recommend.

Fathers day dinner ruined. Ordered online and had to wait an hour and half for food to arrive. Called at 55 minutes and was told 5 minutes. Called 15 minutes later, was told it was delivered 20 minutes ago, looked all over and called back then told it was still on the way. When we finally received our food, the pizzas were cold, both of my children's chicken tenders were tossed in a sauce instead of plain tenders. They wouldn't eat them and I ended up having to go get other food because I was told it would be another hour before they could be delivered. So much fun a fun family dinner together.
