I used to love this place, but apparently now they don’t honor their coupons anymore. I had a coupon deal for after 9 PM that I’ve used many times before but this time when I called the order they tried to charge me five dollars more than what the coupon said and the coupon said I could get unlimited toppings so there was no reason to charge me more and I’ve never been charged more in this deal before so I’m done with them. I canceled the order and I’m not gonna be ordering again. I’ll take my business elsewhere since you don’t honor your coupons anymore. This is bull! So I’m done with this place and it doesn’t get a good rating for me anymore. I used to give it five stars not anymore. You wanna screw me over?! I’ll screw you over right back!

This place used to be great, when Sean owned it once it was sold they switched everything around it's absolutely horrible I do not recommend this place anymore bring back 2023, haven't eaten here in months but I just now realize that I put the review up for the Glen Burnie vocelli's ,which I do not know anything about it all

Waited 74 minutes for pizza delivery and pizza was ice cold. Driver blamed it on Traffic. Said he would give 40% off next order. He felt the ice pizza and that is what he offered. Quality of pizza poor! My husband could only eat top of pizza not crust. We will never use them again especially since we tipped 15% for delivery paid $5.00 for delivery for a medium pizza with pepperoni and a white small pizza with bacon. Total bill over $54.00.
I ordered a pizza, for delivery, this past Friday at 5:15 p.m. I was told it would be at my door in about 40-45 minutes. When I inquired about the status of my order an hour later, I was told to wait 25 more minutes. My pizza did not arrive till 7:15 p.m. — two hours after I ordered. The customer service is much to be desired.

Never tried this place until recently and will not be returning. Sadly the food is poor quality. It seems they are out of everything we tried to food we did order seemed not fresh, perhaps right out of a tomato sauce jar. Disappointed! Not to mention they were out of all of the desserts.
