Had coupon and placed order for delivery to the office. Pictured large cheese, large pepperoni, and make your own Stromboli. Came out to $35. Pretty much another chain pizza spot. Would try a specialty pizza one day.
Ordered online for delivery around 5pm. I appreciated the courtesy text from Vocelli notifying me about the potential delay due to traffic. I get it, it happens and it was a nice touch! The delivery guy was so nice and professional. However, I did receive the wrong Stromboli but I didn’t mind bc it was absolutely delicious. About 15 mins after the delivery, another Vocelli delivery guy showed up at our door with the correct Stromboli order and a complimentary side of cookies!!...
Excellent Customer Service and excellent food! I really appreciate your hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to all pizza
