Applebee's Grill + Bar

I haven't had Applebee's in forever. I was so full when I left I had to go home and lay down. Still pretty good(but I think I remember in the 90s it may have been better?), waiter was good friendly and somewhat fast, and the 2 other chicks were cool. I forgot my phone and one of the chicks ran out and gave it to me while I was still in the lot before I had a chance to get into my car. (oops, thank you nice chick!).

I came here one time and that was my last. My food was not cooked the way it was supposed to which wasn’t a big deal but I asked to speak to the manager Tina and she was quite awfully aggressive and rude. She didn’t offer any compensation and she dismissed the whole thing with a very passive tone and walked away to talk to the other employees and kept looking back at me and laughed I felt uncomfortable. If this is how customers get treated here, I don’t think anybody should come here at all.

I was Ignored and waitee 20 minutes, only to watch the waitress walk right past me and only attend to the only other table there

I didn’t realize different locations can do their own thing. Considering that most locations should go by corporate standards especially by advertisement. Cause then it would be considered false advertisement? Would it not. If I know that they’re certain promotions at certain times and then I go to a location and they’re doing things differently..

Wasnt waited on for 20 minutes on a slow night, our server was just standing around while we sat, ordered our appetizers and told the waiter to give us a minute to look at the menu, he brought us our drinks and walked off while my wife was talking to him, he brought us our appetizers and again didnt say anything, we wer almost finished with our appetizers and then he asked if we were ready, we placed our order and he took our appetizer plate with food still on it without asking, manager was quick to resolve the issue and other servers were great

I ordered the classic chicken broccoli Alfredo, and honestly, it wasn’t the greatest, nor was it terrible. The order did arrive late, despite there being hardly any other patrons around. The place was quite clean and looked really lovely.

There is no AC!!! Dinner was bland. I had the 4 cheese Mac with honey chicken tenders and the cheese in the Mac is like a syrup, it didn’t even taste like Mac and cheese. Aside from that we waited 25 minutes before even being asked what we want to drink. My 5 year old is sweating and constantly complaining of the heat. In compliance with state laws a restaurant is supposed to shut down when temperatures reach 85+ inside. It has surpassed that. Elderly are leaving and people are complaining about heat but here they are OPEN. I’ve had better food from a hospital. The staff here are all forced to work in this heat and it’s sad. Some of them are obviously abusing substances but still pushing through could you blame them it’s HOT!
