BGR Burgers Grilled Right

One of the burger buns was blue/green in one spot, obviously mold. Makes me concerned whether or not they are serving other overdue ingredients too.
It used to be pretty good here, quality has dropped. They constantly forget things or prepare items wrong. At least they usually taste pretty good.

I went in there this evening after work, having a horrible day and absolutely starving. The 2 gentlemen working (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) were absolutely amazing. Great customer service, awesome recommendations and overall great personalities. By the time I left there I felt lighter and less stressed from my work day just by those 2 guys! Thanks! Keep up the great customer service! Oh and the western bbq burger was AMAZING!!!

Experience was extremely rude, staff member Edwin I believe his name is, seemed drunk on the job. Cashier Stephanie was very polite and helpful. If it weren’t for her, I would’ve ate elsewhere

Decided to go back yesterday because first visit was really good. Was very disappointed with the fact you have to enter your order on the computer. The system is not intuitive and all I got was a burger with cheese and I wanted lettuce tomatoes, etc. They ask for a tip for you doing the ordering too!

Then, the place looks and smells a bit dirty.

Sorry but not going back there again.

Got a great burger cooked correctly to temperature (medium-rare) for about $13 minus tip, in just a few minutes. I really enjoyed my burger; because it was cooked correctly I didn't even need any mayo/ketchup/mustard, just the sauce it came with. And the caramelized onions were piled on just the way I like it. I'll definitely be returning.

I'm sad that other reviewers didn't have the same experience! My only caveat is that the lettuce wasn't the cleanest looking, but that's not a huge concern for me.

This place has seriously gone downhill. Bathroom is in shambles with soap off the wall, cracked tile and just GROSS. They are constantly out of things including milk and ice and staff is visibly less than thrilled to be there. The food used to be really really good, but the last two times have been really disappointing. Tonight’s food was so bad that even after remaking my burnt burger, I still couldn't eat the hockey puck supposedly cooked medium rare?? Not sure what’s going on here, but pretty sad and we won’t be back.

I asked for a chicken sandwich and the cashier looked at me crazy before they put an entire chunk of dry chicken breast the size of a baseball between two buns. The whole sandwich fell apart immediately, and the dryness of the meat was almost inedible. I'm never doing that again

There Burgers are awful. If you’re going to charge 16 for a burger it should be fresh not frozen patties, same with the fries 4 something for frozen processed fries. Save your money go to 5 guys.

BGR is actually a chain, with this location being inside a shopping plaza in Gaithersburg. The burgers here are actually very good. They are made fresh to order and you can fully customize them. You can choose all the toppings and sauces and even how you want the meat to be cooked (rare, medium, etc.). My friend and I both enjoyed our burgers and found them to be very juicy.However, the burgers are not really that big and are very overpriced for the size. All their burgers are $12-$14 for only a burger. The fries will cost you an additional $8. Therefore, you are looking at about $25 for a fast food meal with a drink.
