Let's start with the positives. The burger here was very, very good. And the fries were very, very good. Everything seemed fresh and not processed. Pricey, but very good. The quality of the food was much better than the competition. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Now, the negatives. The location needs a thorough cleaning. The floor was sticky. The tables were sticky. The condiment bottles were sticky. There were dried up liquids from some long-ago spill coming out of the stainless steel counters housing the soda machine. Bottom line: the place was dirty and in need of some attention to cleanliness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The food is very good. I want to see them thrive. But the interior is in serious need of a deep clean and, in its current state, is a turn off.

Really great tasting hamburger on a really big bun. The food is not pre prepared. Fortunately, the order has always been cooked right away. When I order the burger medium rare it comes out medium rare unlike some other burger restaurants. Seasoned well and the burger tastes really fresh. Fries are a nice add to this really great hamburger. The restaurant is not close to home, but worth the ride.

There Burgers are awful. If you’re going to charge 16 for a burger it should be fresh not frozen patties, same with the fries 4 something for frozen processed fries. Save your money go to 5 guys.

BGR is actually a chain, with this location being inside a shopping plaza in Gaithersburg. The burgers here are actually very good. They are made fresh to order and you can fully customize them. You can choose all the toppings and sauces and even how you want the meat to be cooked (rare, medium, etc.). My friend and I both enjoyed our burgers and found them to be very juicy.However, the burgers are not really that big and are very overpriced for the size. All their burgers are $12-$14 for only a burger. The fries will cost you an additional $8. Therefore, you are looking at about $25 for a fast food meal with a drink.

There are no 'hours of operation' posted on the door. You can't use cash. I could not get a paper receipt and the cashier pushed buttons before I could send a receipt to myself. (Told her that she needs to let the customer have the option.)Buns were toasted on inside but chilled to the touch on the outside. I got mayonnaise when I did not ask for it. My sweet potato fries got cold - some not cooked through; they were done before the sliders.IF I ever come back it may be just to get the sweet potato fries or onion rings; TO-GO.
