The food at this restaurant is delicious, I especially love it. Today I ordered the chicken drumstick lollipops, and the rich flavor was absolutely mouthwatering. The staff were also very friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

So listen... having grown up in NoVA, I moved away long ago and visit my parents when I can. I got Asian parents, so they make sure I stay stuffed throughout the day. This fact is important because I'm stuffed right, and I go grocery shopping with them at Lotté—and me being a big back foodie, I keep tabs on highly rated restaurants in the area. I remember that this spot was inside Lotté, so my wife and I check it out from afar. My guy at Biryani Bites comes out and gives us such a warm welcome that we absolutely have to approach. My wife decides she wants some chai, and I decide I can take some samosas to go, and before I know it, I've ordered a whole chicken biryani to go as well. Listen, I'm like in a constant state of being stuffed, but homie was so friendly and confident in his craft that I just had to get some to try out after getting some digestion in.

So I get home—and look, the smell already got me. I want to dive in like right away, and so I do. Let me tell you, mans was right to be confident in what he sells because it was the best biryani I ever had. I'm not usually big on biryani, but I can see myself coming back next time I visit my parents in VA. What really made this dish is the treasure trove of the most tender, juicy, and flavorful chicken buried underneath all of the fluffy grains of basmati rice. I would really suggest transferring it to a bigger bowl and mixing it all, because the juices at the bottom combined with the yogurt sauce and spicy sauce he hooks you up with unleashes the true form of this dish. Absolutely incredible. Samosas were also perfectly crisp and spiced. God bless this man and God bless this place. Give it a try y'all—don't matter if you already full or just ate. Go take some home. You won't regret it!

This was the first time I've noticed the store after years of shopping at this lotte and when my wife and I took a closer look at the menu, an older man at the register greeted us well and was very eager to share more about the food and even gave us a sample of the goat biryani. It was very flavourful and tender but we decided to try out the jackfruit biryani and it did not disappoint! Best thing I've tried today. Thank you to the man up front.

The food here is too good. I have never had such an amazing biryani ever in the US. It’s prepared so fresh and the chef Uday here is a very nice person, his love for cooking is notice when you taste the food. Not just biryani, I have had the appetizers as well, it’s soo fresh and tasty. I have recommended in my community tab too. Respect and love for his food and cooking. Thank you sir for the amazing service. Will keep coming back.

I tried their biryani and it was absolutely perfect! The rice grains were long, fluffy, and beautifully separate — no stickiness at all. The spice blend was spot on, full of flavor without being overpowering. The portion size was generous too, definitely worth the price. And to top it all off, the customer service was warm and attentive. I’m definitely coming back to try more items from the menu!

The chicken and jackfruit biryani are so flavorful and come as a perfect a portion. The rice and meat is cooked perfectly and tender. Chef and owner Uday is a wonderful person who takes pride in his cooking and it really shows!

Very often people only recognize the restaurant. My 5 star rating is for Uday, the chef and owner of Biryani Bites. Loved the Nawabi Mutton Biryani he cooked!! It was flavorful and delicious. The portion was good and the spice level just perfect. If you are in for an authentic Hyderabadi biryani, I recommend you should try this place. I will go for other biryanis over the weekends for sure.
