Recently visited this BoBaPoP. I was absolutely satisfied with the experience. I was helped by a gentleman. Excellent service and friendly personality. I would recommend this place to others.

I recently visited this boba shop and had a great experience overall. The Thai tea I ordered was decent. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and quick service that made the visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming with adorable decor. It’s a bit on the louder side, so it might not be the best place. if you're looking for peace and quiet. However, it’s definitely a great spot to meet up with friends and enjoy a tasty drink in a lively setting.

the service was great but the product itself was not. the tea is incredibly watered down and barely tastes of tea. I got a roasted oolong, one of these stronger flavors and i was hoping for more. it feels as though quality has gone down in the past 3 years they have been open. i expected more

I’ve came to this spot quite a few, always telling ppl to try it because it’s pretty good! BUT weird experience the other day.. me and my bf went and I ordered 2 drinks 1 frozen 1 regular with boba pop balls.. we were given our order and left. Half way down the street I stick my straw in and immediately taste the jelly and spit it out (I don’t like the jelly don’t judge me) I didn’t notice prior to because I simply didn’t lol I wasn’t going to go back because traffic there is kinda bad but my bf insisted we did as it was his first time trying it (his drink was still unopened) because when I noticed mine I checked his so we took it back unopened. We told the lady at the register and she said ok I’ll remake it. No apology not even apologetic.. whatever right LOL then she hands us 2 drinks that she SEPERATED THE JELLY FROM and stuck it in another cup and sealed as new.. reminding you mine was a frozen drink so 10 mins later it’s pretty much defrosted and not good… that’s what she stuck in a cup and said I TRIED TO REMOVE ALL THE JELLY.. confused I took my drink and left. So after all that paying almost $10 for the big size… $17 total for 2 drinks… she added the balls to a new cup… removed the old drinks and separated the jelly’s and added the remainder to my new cup? This was so petty, cheap and weird.. they were not busy at all we were 1 of 2 customers there the whole time. Tbh .. I’ll never go back. That’s a pretty crappy way to go about someone’s order THAT THEY MADE THE MISTAKE ON. It was a frozen drink .. literally half ice.. I don’t see it to far fetched to simply redo the drink seeing as I paid $10 for it and the mistake was on their end.

Love the place, the vibe, the music, and the drinks but there's one thing that makes it a little awkward. Please train your employees to at least not have a dead soul stare and a rude tone. I wouldn't say super rude but it's like they don't give a crap. (Also please do not take my username as a troll, I did it to stay anonymous) Besides that, awesome place!

Only had the bubble tea. Really good selection and it tastes great!

The boba is mid. I got the taro milk and it was super watered down, couldn’t taste the taro. The boba pearls weren’t that great either. The texture of it didn’t taste or feel like they use milk. My partner got the mango slushie and didn’t like it, it tasted very artificial flavored.

Hands down our favorite Boba Tea place far and wide! The options are endless choosing of type of tea base and caffeine level, dairy and non-dairy options, the incredible selection of topping to mix and match with, to the endless options and combinations of teas and flavors.
The atmosphere and personable staff definitely is another reason we come back over and over again. We’ve enjoyed getting to know the staff and the many regulars we’ve met while our teas are being brewed.

Definitely worth more the just five stars!

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options to do caffeine free, also dairy free.

Kid-friendliness: So many ways to make caffeine free for our kid, also the slushy options and combinations are incredible!

You can always believe how slow they make a bubble tea. No other customers and two employees in the front. They can spend 20 minutes to make two drinks.

They were very sweet to me and I love the tea! The shop is very nicely designed and the decorations are so cute!
