The speaker/mic for drive through suck. The person taking the order could not understand us and we could not understand them.
The food was good, the crew were professional, the prices is way too high.

The food was good but service there is terrible.. they got my order wrong several times. When I told them, they took forever to get it right and didn’t care. It’s happened in the past too. Not a good location.

Hi! I just wanted to say the food was really good and the place was clean. I was super excited to try the new SpongeBob combo, and I was surprised this was the only location that had everything available. Great experience, thanks!

I am writing this review out of extreme frustration and disappointment following an experience that was not only disrespectful, but deeply disheartening.
On December 15, 2025, at approximately 1:03 AM, I placed an Uber Eats order totaling nearly $30. The order was fully paid for and accepted through the Uber Eats platform. Instead of waiting for delivery, I drove to the Burger King location on Germantown Road to pick the order up myself.
When I arrived at the drive-through around 1:40 AM, I was told that because it was after 1:00 AM, I was not allowed to pick up my order. This was extremely confusing, especially since the order had already been accepted and paid for and because online listings clearly state that this Burger King does not close until 2:00 AM. From a customer standpoint, there was no indication that orders could not be picked up after 1:00 AM, making this situation even more frustrating and misleading.
Despite this confusion, I remained calm and respectful and asked if there was anything at all that could be done since my money had already been taken. Unfortunately, the response I received was unacceptable.
The individual working the drive-through, who sounded like a younger female employee, refused to help in any way. She did not offer alternatives, did not explain next steps, and did not attempt to involve a manager. When I asked for her name so I could properly follow up, she refused. When I asked for a manager’s name or phone number, she refused that as well. She would not provide her own name, a manager’s name, or any form of contact information.
I was then left sitting at the drive-through speaker late at night, in the cold, with no direction, no assistance, and no resolution after already spending my money. There was a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
What makes this experience even more upsetting is that I am a person with a disability and a military veteran. Being treated with such disregard, especially after already paying, is incredibly disheartening. There was no acknowledgment of my situation, no concern for the confusion caused by their posted hours, and no basic respect shown.
This was not a minor inconvenience. This was a complete failure in customer service. Refusing to provide names, refusing to involve management, and leaving a paying customer without options is unacceptable behavior. The misleading posted closing time only adds to the frustration and confusion for customers.
I am seeking to speak with someone regarding this incident. No customer should be treated this way, and I will not return to this location unless this matter is addressed.

Drive thru
Food was good quality. Sodas were just carbonated water instead of Sprite. Franchise owner didn't care enough to call back, so here's my review. Parking lot was a bit full, but the drive through line wasn't. So decided to use the drive through. 30-35 mins later I escaped being hostage between the cars in the drive through and came home.
Upon going to drink my Sprite, I discovered someone stopped checking if the sodas had any syrup. I had my meal with 2 large cups of carbonated ice water. Which doesn't taste great. I don't recommend this location if you're in a hurry or you don't check all your food in the drive through before pulling up. Owner, you know exactly who I am. This is why Google reviews exist.
I will never go back here.

I don’t know what happened to this location but they have been messing up big time lately. It use to be my go to but not anymore. Yesterday they mess up my order twice and had to come back today I got with my kids and forget 2 fries and made the sandwich wrong. Also gave us the food without any of the sauces we asked for. This location needs to get it together

I’m come to this place for the first time and the staff was so kind the girl that takes my order was Fanny. She was so patient with me because it’s the first time that I go to the Burger King and I want to know about the deals and everything and she help me to take my order, she was so kind respectful and patience. I love when I go to the restaurant and the employees trade their clients with respect and Patience.

I was there and had ordered some Mozzarella fries with my order and they forgot to put them in the bag I didn’t notice till I got home and tried calling them to let them know and their phone is disconnected

My kids love it here. You need to pay more attention to the sitting area near the kids play ground. Cleaning it out before other clients occupy would be great.

Unusual in that this BK offers fried onion rings, which I prefer to French fries, and a play area for kids
