This is literally the best Whopper w/cheese that I have ever had anywhere.. . No contest !! It actually looked like the Whopper you see in the commercials, for real , I have never seen anything like this? We could tell it was big and hefty even before I unwrapped it. Once opened it was noticeably big and not all smooshed flat and soggy. Big fresh bun crispy lettuce ect.... too bad we aren't local to that Burger King we were passing through while traveling....

Poor customer service is why they get 1 star. Went to this location to pick up food for my step son. He requested a ghost pepper burger with no bacon. He doesn't not eat pork, so I made sure to tell them twice. No bacon please. Upon receiving our order, my stepson unwrapped his burger and it had bacon. Despite me requesting no bacon twice. I went back through the drive through to replace the burger. The same cashier proceeded to ask for the burger back. I kindly asked if they could give us a fresh burger before we give back the burger with bacon. We were concerned they'd just remove the bacon from the burger and give it back. The cashier got upset with the request to make a fresh burger first and gave us a nasty expression, demanding we give back the burger first. We explained our concern, and was visibly offended. She begrudgingly made us a fresh burger after going back and forth over our concern for at least 2 mins. When we attempted to hand the burger with bacon back, she rudly told us to keep it, and slamed the drive through window closed. Not once did she apologize for messing up the order in the first place. A little patience and accountability can go a long way. Instead she choose to get offended. 1 star.Update 12/13: My stepson informed me the new burger they gave us did not have cheese, like it was supposed to.

At the DRIVE THRU,I ordered a double croissant meal and ham egg and cheese croissant and when I came home I see that they didn't give the double meat, but the single meat. I filled out the customer service and waiting for the manager to call me. They wrote D on the sandwich wrapper, but failed to give me double sausage, but gave me single sausage. I think they don't know how to read English. I am not going back for $2.20. Ha ha ha

I am beyond frustrated when they can not even get an order right. How hard is it to look at ticket and pack correct food? I should not have to dig through bag and check order before I leave. This time, I got all the way home before realizing they forgot my double whopper. Had to return at which time the cashier and manager starting speaking Spanish in front of me. Not sure what they were saying, just get my freaking order right and we will be good.
Terrible customer service. Girls at front don’t understand basic English and or customer service skills.Food is always fresh though that is a plus.

Their employees are friendly and fast the only complaint I have is for the lettuce is so bulky and dry it should be change to shredded lettuce or butter lettuce.

Bad customer service, I usually order online and the order is always wrong. I ordered a meal for pick up and when I got there they didn’t have my order in the system at all. My whopper had a hair in it and cheeseburgers had been opened and had the pickles taken out of already made cheeseburgers since I had ordered them with no pickles. Never going to this BK every again.
