Burger King really takes the fast out of fast food at this location. The drive thru is painfully slow, and even when you pull up to the second window and your food isn’t ready, there’s no apology or communication at all. They avoid eye contact and say nothing, which is not great customer service. If you’re in a rush, definitely stay away from this location.

I hate doing this but when you see people doing discrimination i have to speak up. The girl working here in spectacle's was talking to costumer in Spanish laughing. I don’t mind talk but when the order is ready give the order to driver while talking simple but she didn’t. I went to washroom came back she was still talkinv they talked for another 5/7 minutes this is not acceptable. Work ethics are more important

I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King today.
I used 700 reward points to redeem an item and intended to choose Chicken Fries, but the image shown looked very similar to Mozzarella Fries, so I selected the wrong one by mistake. When I immediately asked the staff if it could be exchanged, I was told I would have to pay extra. This makes no sense to me — if 700 points can be redeemed for any of those items, why can’t it be exchanged when the mistake was clearly caused by confusing images?
To make things worse, this was a drive-thru order, and they forgot my drink entirely. I had to remind them. If I hadn’t noticed, would I really have had to drive all the way back just to get a drink I already paid for?
Additionally, the woman speaking through the drive-thru speaker spoke Spanish with very unclear articulation, making it difficult to understand the order process. Clear communication is essential in a drive-thru, and she is not suitable for this role.
Overall, poor service, poor communication, and a very frustrating experience. I do not feel valued as a customer.

I've bought things from this store many times, and the staff are always very friendly. Today I bought four burgers, a serving of fries, a serving of chicken nuggets, and two servings of ranch dressing. My daughter especially loves the dressing and wanted another serving, but it cost 25 cents. I think working here is great because I get free ice cream and dressings.

I went to Burger King today and it was great. So I went to get the new SpongeBob meal and it was AMAZING you guys need to go try it but what i didn’t like how they forgot to put the cake that the meal brought and I bought 3 meals and they forgot 3 cakes and they said that the SpongeBob pineapple drink would take 5-30 to get it but overall the food was good but I wanted the cake and the drink but I forgive them and the fries and burger was cold

It had been quite some time since I last visited a Burger King. With this visit, I was reminded as to why It had been so long.
Long story short, I received a coupon in the mail, from which I thought that one of the four offers seemed enticing. It was for a buy one, get one free Whopper with cheese. This seemed straight forward enough so I took them up on it.
The staff was fine, the service was... well drive through (need I say more).
My levelheadedness was abruptly taken off balance when I was told how much I'd be paying.
From this point forward, the turnout was all my doing. I was told that I'd be paying somewhere in the vicinity of $13.⁵⁰.
I'd already made up my mind that I wanted a Whopper from Burger King. So, I went through with it.

The workers were very very friendly and the quickness of the food was excellence! I expected to have cold food since I got the food in less than 2 minutes but no, the food was hot and tasted really really good. I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon with a medium fry and I can tell you that it was a great choice.
