For a fast casual outlet this one is pretty and and quite popular. The team members are engaging and professional and the customizable nature of the offerings combined with quality and flavor are worth a try. One can opt for healthy or not so much. The line can result in a wait but it usually moves quickly. I’ve visited mostly on weekends including when stopping at the nearby Wegmans for a grocery run. Plenty of convenient parking.
Food was good and service was quick but the dining room was a disaster and the male cashier seemed bothered to do his job, the ladies making the food were friendly and very efficient. The food was overpriced but I feel was better quality than chipotle.
The staff was friendly, and the portion sizes were generous, which I appreciated.
That said, I couldn’t help but compare the experience to Chipotle, which I find to be both better in quality and more affordable. My grilled chicken burrito was okay - not bad, but not memorable. I didn’t end up finishing it, and honestly didn’t feel it was worth saving the leftovers.
