Our waiter Carlos was amazing he provided excellent customer service along with the manager Ada. She made sure our experience was very much enjoyable. I will definitely come back for the chicken marsala with no mushrooms.

Carlos was Amazing! So nice and accommodating and great service. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The manager, Ada, was so sweet and funny and loved her energy. Food was delicious and they were so kind to make me a non dairy pasta. Will be returning again soon! :)

Vanelsie was great! She was very attentive and friendly. We never had to flag her down when we needed something, she was always on top of it. Even with a large party at the back of the restaurant, service was very efficient.

My childhood friend took me to Carrabba's for my Belated Birthday, I had the Salmon with a Butter Sauce, tasty, and The Mashed Potatoes were creamy and good, I didn't care for the Spinach, wasn't tasteful, lacked flavor. I also got a piece of Canoli Cake,it was Delicious! I had a Peach Sangria, also Delicious.

The food was delicious, and the service was great! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our two year anniversary, and we had a great experience. Jordan was our server and he was very friendly and attentive, and we loved the lasagne and the mezzaluna dishes!

Great Experience here at the Germantown Carrabbas!! But the best Experience was having Ricky as my server! He's Awesome...with incredible Customer service acumen and professionalism!!! He really adds to the dynamic Carrabba experience in Germantown!!! What an awesome dynamic staff of Amazing people!! The manager Ms. Ada, absolutely enhances the joy and incredible restaurant experience at that location! She is truly Dynamic!!! It's obvious the management there are meticulous in selecting their Awesomely Dynamic TEAM!!!!

Everything was delicious except for the salad. It was wilted and too much dressing on it.

This is such a wonderful location that I have to leave a great review uuhgain. First thing is that if smells is a thing for you then this place is it. You’re filled with amazing aromas from start to finish of your visit. The bartender I had was fantastic and understanding to me and my needs. I forget his name but I applaud his service. I had to use the bathroom during my visit and it was super clean and refreshing to use. (Hard to find these days) Then entering back into the restaurant you’re smacked with all the amazing aromas from the kitchen. The food was super tasty, good portions and everyone worked with a smile. The bread we got was super fresh, crunchy outside and soft inside. It’s definitely a pricey place per person but a lot of meals can be shared due to large sizes. Expect to pay $25-35 per person. Nonetheless it’s always great to come back. You also get charcuterie with your order of a glass of wine. Nice touch.

Great dessert. The pom martini is totally wrong. Barkeep said it had oj,vodka pom juice.wife said it sucketcard to make up for it sounds amaeteurd and I wasn't a fan and said this ain't right.acording to what I saw it's missing a few main ingredients. I would hope at today's high prices the drinks would be made right at least.makin wrong drinks then giving u a gift card to make up for it seems pretty lame.
