I accidentally added crazy feta to my vegan order when I ordered cava remotely. After I picked up the food, I realized at home my mistake. Then, when I called the cava branch explaining my mistake, Arceli (staff at the time) was more than willing to help me reorder which she did with amazing hospitality and professional manner. And when I went to pick up my new order, I showed her the wrong meal first and understandingly she made me new one on the spot quickly. I love this store, and the staff. I recommend anyone to come here and not just order the good food but also appreciate their excellent service.

Excellent meal today at cava. I was right in the area so I stopped by without placing an order online. I was a little perplexed when I saw Cava online kitchen on the marquee but when I went inside I realized that they did not have a place for you to order in store, it needed to be done on their app or online. I imagine this completely streamlines the process for them and they do not have to devote someone to dealing with a register they can just focus on making food. Consequently my food was ready extremely quickly. I ordered in the store and the very friendly lady working told me after I was done ordering to let her know my name so she could make it right then. I was in and out and less than 3 minutes. The bowl was excellent! Plenty of chicken nice and hot and fresh. Very tasty toppings. I love cava and this experience was no exception

I work in the vicinity, and this Cava is by far one of my favorite Cava locations. The online ordering site only allows you to select each topping twice. Not sure why but the last two times I’ve ordered the Spicy Lamb meatballs at this location, they are incredibly sour and crumbly, like they are filled with lime juice. Bizarre. I gave it a second try to confirm it wasn’t a one-off. Will have to go to other locations :(
