Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. FOOD ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. BREAD NOT TOASTED AND WAS OLD. PEPPERS AND ONIONS ON CHEESE STEAK WERE RAW AND TASTED BAD. THIS IS NOT HOW CHERLEYS USUALLY TASTES. FRIES WERE SOGGY BUT VERY HOT FELT MICROWAVED. WISH I COULD GET A REFUND OR SOMETHING, THIS RUINED MY EVENING.

Ordered a cheesesteak combo two times through uber and never got my fries both times, the bun was cold not toasted on the sandwich. I wont order from this location again

Staff is never friendly nor attentive, also as of two days the place was closed.

Didn't give me fries with my combos that I ordered. Sandwich was good but whoever packed everything up musta been high or drunk

We ordered a small a regular cheese steak they gave us both smalls and the fries where also cold. This thing was made for a kid's meal. Never again. I hope they get replaced by a subway.

Also who puts tomatoes on a cheese steak?!

These people who working at place having bad attitude 🙄 customer is bad . I would never come back buy anything in that place. Thatcguy at the cashier he was very rude me .

I ordered prime BBQ jalapeños cheesesteak. There was no jalapeño in it when I got home. I ordered a six piece classic wings with fries. The wings was very dry and overcooked. I will never order there again. Please don’t waste your money going there.

The chicken tenders are too small - the size of a thumb with breading and sauce. Food was served cold. Do not recommend eating there.

Go to another store....they dont give you all your food and try to ignore you when you call to fix it. Online order all wrong and nobody trying to resolve the problem. I never complain but this is terrible service

I will never be ordering from this location ever again. We placed an order online for delivery. Pick up time and everything was absolutely fine. But they forgot two items in our order. We attempted to call the store more than 15 times, only for the phone to ring continuously. The one time they answered, all you hear is loud music and they hang up on us. We attempted to call again, and they took the phone off the hook. Very customer service. I can already tell it's a bunch of children, or untrained people in that staff

I came there on Friday October 4th looking for something to eat for breakfast. I noticed that they sell breakfast sandwiches for $5.99. I then placed my order for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hash brown which came up to $9.04. When I received my food I saw that the sandwich had 1 slice of bacon two eggs with cheese and the hash brown was burnt. My complaint is this why prepare food like that burnt and the sandwich not beneficial to eat. I am sorry to say but that sandwich and hash brown shouldn't had been made to order like that. I should had gotten more bacon and the hash brown shouldn't had been burnt. The person who rung me up caught a attitude and basically threw my money at me. No one should catch a attitude after asking for a refund. This was my second time visiting and it is the last. Why pay all that money for a 8 inch sandwich and don't get your money worth. I will never return

i paid with cash and card and the lady(i forgot her name) charged me the total on my card when i didn’t have enough money, and took my cash..thank God i looked at the receipt because i would’ve spent 10$ i didn’t have..another time i went they tried to charge 64¢ for some ranch tht they forgot to give me..ik its only 64¢, but i think it’s crazy to do tht like i said its only 64¢ no one is checking for tht
