I came there on Friday October 4th looking for something to eat for breakfast. I noticed that they sell breakfast sandwiches for $5.99. I then placed my order for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hash brown which came up to $9.04. When I received my food I saw that the sandwich had 1 slice of bacon two eggs with cheese and the hash brown was burnt. My complaint is this why prepare food like that burnt and the sandwich not beneficial to eat. I am sorry to say but that sandwich and hash brown shouldn't had been made to order like that. I should had gotten more bacon and the hash brown shouldn't had been burnt. The person who rung me up caught a attitude and basically threw my money at me. No one should catch a attitude after asking for a refund. This was my second time visiting and it is the last. Why pay all that money for a 8 inch sandwich and don't get your money worth. I will never return

i paid with cash and card and the lady(i forgot her name) charged me the total on my card when i didn’t have enough money, and took my cash..thank God i looked at the receipt because i would’ve spent 10$ i didn’t have..another time i went they tried to charge 64¢ for some ranch tht they forgot to give me..ik its only 64¢, but i think it’s crazy to do tht like i said its only 64¢ no one is checking for tht

Worst customer services , only 3 people working. We got our food and we smelled a weird smell coming from the bag , it was the CHEESE ! , never again would I come to this location and I also recommend you not coming to this location unless you want food poisoning.

I came and order philly chicken steak and ask for everything except mushroom. They didn't put anything but mayo lettuce and tomatoes.. besides that there was a hair in the food I took it and show it to the guy at front he didn't even say I'm sorry he was rude and was like ok you want another one or your money back . I mean he should apologize first of all! They too busy with their loud music and joking around with each other instead of taking care of the customers and paying attention of how they prepare the food . This was my first time here and will be my last really bad service I'm so disappointed truly i hope this changes for future customers

So confused why there are so many bad reviews. I went here and the food was so good and they gave me a good portion of fries, the food was still hot and I picked it up like 15 minutes after it was ready, the cashier was really nice and was very helpful and respectful was definitely surprised for how good the food was probably even better than any charleys I've ever gone to

I asked for an order, the manager took my order, I canceled it and he didn't deliver my order. He was very rude and treated me very badly. He used bad words and told me I didn't have time for this. It's very disrespectful and rude. I definitely wouldn't eat here again. I got charged in my card and the cashier did not want to give me my order.

What a horrible costumer service from a manager at this location. Yesterday around 6:30 pm I saw a young lady was trying to talk to a manager and the person in charge did not do anything to resolve the problem.

There are only 3 employees working during rush hour on a Thursday. This place needs better management and people who can put up with the rhythm of the needs for the store. The girl employee are taking their time to serve its the standing around and talking that needs to be addressed. Take out time should not be 15 minutes for ONE sandwich and only 4 customers. Food was horrendous.
