It's smaller than before! I'm guessing because of the drive through. I love that they have family friendly activities planned throughout the month. The evening that I went, they had face painting. I've been eating here for almost 25 years. The parking lot jams have never been resolved. It's still a mess. I know that it falls on the property owners, but please get it fixed

Incorrect order every time. The store representative told my delivery driver that the “drink was in the bag”…my large lemonade…??? They only sent the straw and food. She also put the incorrect condiments. The receipt clearly say strawberry jelly and she pull all grape. The Gaithersburg location has more consistent and quality service.

This location is always busy however the staff here is amazing! They come out to the cars and take orders, food is made when ordered, always hot and fresh! They work so well together, they are a team and it shows! I rarely eat fast food, when I do Chick-fil-A is my go to. This is the only place that gets my order right every single time! Don't let the line deter you, these people know what they are doing! Definitely recommend this location!!
Chik fil a was perfect and the advice is always outstanding. . . It's chik fil a. The parking is lot they're located in is horrible. i was so confused about where and which way I was supposed to go. It's a terrible set up for a chik fil a drive thru. Their poor employees barley have space to move around in to do their job. That parking lot is a confusing mess.

The service here is really starting to decline. My last 3 orders have been messed up within the past 2 months as well as they are forgetting utensils, sauces and even my drink before with delivery purchases. Im about to stop ordering from here unless I can actually be at the store to correct mistakes. They are too expensive to be screwing up like this

Our experience was really really bad firstly it started with the drink I got a sprite and it tasted like water and than they refilled my drink again and it was the same and I secondly the sandwiches we got they got it wrong I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes and they gave me pickles and no lettuce and the other sandwich it was plain when we asked for the deluxe one and they gave me us pickles even tho we told them no pickles bad service I’m really really mad you could lose a customer fr
