I’ve stopped by to get a spicy chicken wrap sandwich and 4 chicken strips but guess what happened? Half of the wrap had chicken and the other half was had only lettuce and cheese. Did you guys forget to add chicken? They even had me pull to the next poll and wait for my wrap to be done and it was still wrong. This is my favorite location and I love chick fil A but lately a lot had happened at this location. It’s either they forget my fries or chicken nuggets. It’s just too much. Please I don’t want any managers calling to offer food. I don’t want it. I just want to get what I paid for.

This 2 star rating is just for service. I work near by and chikfila is my preferred breakfast. In the mornings they now have a woman with orange hair. I’m not writing this to get anyone in trouble but maybe she needs more training if she’s new. All 3 times I’ve gone in the mornings in the past 2 weeks she has gotten my order wrong. The first time I didn’t get an extra grilled chicken filet like I asked for, second time she gave me a fried chicken filet as my extra, and the 3rd she gave me sriracha when I asked for chikfila sauce and she confirmed it back to me. I don’t mean to be a douche I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. She’s really nice but 3 times is a little frustrating.

Service was great and so was the food, but the area itself in it's entirety is far to small and congested no matter what time of day it is. The parking lot and the surrounding area are an absolute nightmare!

They upcharge for everything in this location, for starters they wanted to charge me $2 just to put ice on my coffee. I NEVER HEARD ANYONE SAID MY PLEASURE, NOT EVEN YOUR WELCOME!

Ok it's 9pm,an hour before closing and I'm not expecting the best but this was bad from all my experiences from chick fil a. The chicken sandwich idk if it was the mayo but it had a weird cardboard taste and my sun joy drink was not sweet like no sugar, but the staff was great! They were busy and the service is always on point but the food was the worst I ever had from chick fil a but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna come back it was probably my luck tonight
