Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food at Chipotle is really delicious and fresh. The burritos, bowls and tacos have an incredible flavor, and the variety of ingredients allows you to customize each dish according to your tastes. I definitely recommend trying any option on the menu as they maintain a very high standard of quality.

The attention of the staff is another positive point; They are always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience more pleasant. The waiting time was reasonable considering that there were quite a few people, which speaks well of their efficiency.

However, the tables and drinks area could be cleaner and tidier. This detracts a bit from the overall feel of the place, especially when the rest of the experience is so good. It would be ideal for the team to pay more attention to this aspect to improve even more.

Overall, I recommend Chipotle if you are looking for delicious, fast, well-prepared food. Definitely worth it!

I don't mean to sound like a Karen but Can u teach ur employees to properly seal the bowl before putting it in the bag...I realized half way that the bottom of the bag was leaking, luckily I caught it before my food would have dropped all over the sidewalk. I had to put it in my purse which now smells

At 7 pm they were “out of chips”. Are you kidding? They need an adult manager in there.

Pathetic service got meat in Veggie bowl, on calling store they just put my call on hold for long with line on I can listen to conversation but no one is bothering to respond to me. I have go to store to let them know the issue with my order. While asking for explanation just said they are sorry and refund me with showing they are pissed. Worst location in Germantown MD

So unprofessional! Had to wait to be greeted for an online pick up order. Hispanic lady , she was so rude and told me I had to pay like I didn't know that. She had said it with a nasty attitude. This was like this evening around 7:30. Chipotle, please teach your staff to have some manners and have them take classes on being professional.

After ordered my meal at the checkout told the guy to have medium drink. Ordered medium sauce and checkout with extra side. I asked him what is those on cup, replied those are your order. He did not listen to me!!!

Is my second time coming to this chipotle, and the size of the portions are little, I understand they are not gonna make it full to the point you can’t close it. But is my second time and I had to ask for more and I wasn’t the only one.

The food was good until I found half a brown avocado instead of Guacamole. There were 3 large, hard, chunky pieces that were turning brown.

I usually visit the Chipotle on Century Blvd, but today, I decided to try the one on Frederick Rd, Germantown around 11am. While I was waiting to place my order, I noticed an awkward situation: two employees were having a brief argument about the quality of the chicken. One employee said the chicken looked unappetizing and needed to be replaced, while the other argued that it was fine and appearance wasn’t everything. It was a bit uncomfortable to witness as I waited in line.

When I finally got my chicken bowl, I hoped the food would be better than the service I had observed. Unfortunately, when I got home, I was disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and burnt, and the whole bowl had a sour taste. I only ate half of it before throwing the rest away.

A few hours later, I started feeling unwell, with constant burping and a bloated stomach. It seems the issues with the chicken might have affected the quality of the meal. Based on this experience, I believe this location needs to improve both its customer service and food quality.
