I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location today during my lunch break. I placed an online pickup order and later realized it was sent to another Frederick Ave location in Gaithersburg. I initially asked if my order could be fixed or remade in store, but I was told I would have to request a cancellation online and place a new order at this location, which I did and paid for without a problem.
When I asked for the manager’s name—only in case I needed it when reaching out to Chipotle customer support for a refund—she came out and was rude, unprofessional, and hostile from the start. The manager, a young Latina woman with tattoos on her chest, refused to provide her name, laughed at me, told me “Do what you want, I won't give you my name” and walked away while I was still speaking. I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction.
As a former Chipotle employee of over 6 years, I understand the importance of treating people with respect. This experience was unacceptable and does not reflect Chipotle’s standards. This manager needs retraining on basic professionalism and personal values. I ate my food angry and couldn’t even enjoy it. I will not be returning to this location.

if i could rate this chipotle a 0 i would, this is absolutely the worst chipotle ever. The staff have horrible attitudes and they take forever to make simple bowls.. I think this chipotle needs a total staffing change they all suck. I was told one quesadilla would take 25 minutes because they have “ a large order “ just makes no sense.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a bowl and asked for the chicken on the side, the same way I’ve always gotten it. Instead, the employee put it in a full container bowl and said she had to charge me extra. I told her I wanted it in the small container they always use, but she refused and said she was “following the rule book.”
When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and wasn’t wearing a name tag. The cashier and other staff were rude and kept looking at me like I was the problem. I asked to speak with a manager, and when she came over, she didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the issue—just looked at the bowls and said nothing.
Overall, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was unprofessional, and the employee refusing to listen or provide her name made the situation even worse. I won’t be returning.

We waited in line for about an hour and placed our order for six burrito bowls at 9:10 PM. They close at 11 PM today. They had completely run out of black beans, pinto beans, fajita veggies, and roasted corn salsa, and they didn’t inform anyone in line. The biggest disappointment was that the white rice was undercooked—only about 60% done. I will avoid this location next time.

Writing a review from my experience a while ago. They wrapped my burrito in a way where it was completely falling apart so I asked them to kindly re-wrap it. They got irate at me like I did something wrong. The manager, Sandy, made me feel horrible about asking for a re-wrap. She was SO disgustingly RUDE and no human decency. It’s been bothering me for months the way she treated me. Never will ever go back here. Shame on Sandy AND her mean, rude, staff.

There is no 0 star. This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever visited. I strongly recommend going to a different store and avoiding this one entirely.
I arrived at 8:10 p.m., and there were about 15 people ahead of me. After waiting for 30 minutes, around 8:40 p.m., one of the kitchen staff announced that there would be an additional 17-minute wait for white rice. Rice is a basic item, how can a Chipotle run out of it for 47 min?
What made the experience even worse was the management. The manager or shift lead did not have the courtesy to inform customers directly about the delay. Instead, she told one of the high school employees to deliver the message. It is extremely disappointing that someone in a leadership position behaves this way.
There was no apology offered at any point for the unreasonable wait time.
I see that all the local guides give more stars to this store. I wonder they ever visited this location or write reviews remotely?

I’ll never go here again. The store was a wreck. There was food all over the floor, tables, counter where they put the burritos together. It looked like nothing hadbeen cleaned in days. Then I got home and they never put the chicken in my burrito.

The guy who took my order today was very rude. He looked like he didn’t want to work or something. I ordered tortilla on the side but he wouldn’t put the tortilla onthe iron. So I asked again because I thought he didn’t hear me and he said very rudely that he heard me. I ended up waiting for the tortilla after I paid because he forgot to heat it. I will not come back to this location.

Went in today to get my chipotle fix. This young man named Noah, was frontline and assisted me with my bowl today. Healthy portions cause usually they do skimp a little. No frown or hassle upon request. Just great service. Give him a RAISE. Keep up the good work bruva. 🤝🏾

I picked up an order today 10/19/25 around 12:35 and the cashier on duty just stared at me like i was his enemy or something… I was confused whether or not I could ask him for my pick up order. He proceeded to give me attitude. He did not greet me whatsoever, so I didn’t know if I can ask him for my order. He just stared at me and then told me “well I’m the cashier right so what are you getting then?” He Also proceeded to say that “if you’re the customer clearly you’re getting something” to which i responded with “well if I’m the customer, then you would greet me.” He then insulted me by my looks. He called me weak, so I let somebody else help me. never had an issue like this before at a chipotle. he clearly has struggles controlling his emotions and is poor at giving customer service. I hope i don’t run into him again.

I went to Chipotle the other day to grab lunch for my team at work. The woman who prepared the food was very nice and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the experience at checkout was very disappointing.
There was a long wait before a cashier showed up, and when she finally did, her attitude was very unpleasant. She acted like she wasn’t really listening, and communication was unclear. I asked if the kids’ meal came with chips and a drink, and she said yes, but when I got back to work, neither the chips nor the drink were included. A coworker had to go back to pick them up, and even he mentioned the cashier had very rude customer service.
Overall, the food was fine, but the customer service at checkout really brought down the experience.
