The area that does Chipotle use in is not the best but they make up for it for the excellent food and the damn near perfect service and I appreciate them for all that they do because they make sure to have a good attitude anytime or customer comes through even in dire situations

Everyone in this Chipotle has a nasty attitude and they insult customers in front of their face in Spanish. And I know because I speak Spanish.

I have come here so many times and each time I never have a good experience. The serving team is always rude and disrespectful and refuses to give acceptable portion sizes. Go to a different Chipotle because this one is not worth the stress.

Firstly, the food is very good, that is the reason why I visit the restaurant.
The service was very bad, very bad experience on several occasions, the staff did not pay attention and in a very bad way they served my food. Apart from that, when I got home my order was not correct and incomplete.

I have to ask, does this store have a manager? If yes, is the manager reading these reviews? Or are the Frontline employees working for free? Maybe that would explain why the service is terrible. Chipotle, train your employees, with all the sales you make, I would think you can provide customer service trainings.. The Frontline service tonight was just terrible.. Maybe call Chick-fil-A right across the street and have them train your employees.

Terrible experience. Came here this week to get food for my child and was rudely told I was unable to order a kids meal with chicken on the side. The manager agreed then argued with team members and ultimately threw the food away. This is not good customer service and no way to handle paying customers. I will never return to this location.

Unacceptable Experience at Germantown Chipotle

My experience at the Germantown Chipotle was beyond disappointing. I attempted to order a kids’ quesadilla with two sides of chicken for my son—a simple request. Instead of accommodating this, the staff created an unnecessary and frustrating scene, arguing back and forth about how to charge for the extra chicken.

Their attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue or offering a solution, they flat-out told me I couldn’t place the order. This wasn’t just poor customer service; it was outright dismissive and disrespectful.

I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected, which is unacceptable for any business, especially one as established as Chipotle. If this is the standard at this location, they’ve lost me as a customer. Germantown Chipotle needs to seriously reevaluate their approach to customer service.

terrible every time i come here it's not good. The food is always cold, when I ask for extra they do the complete opposite. I asked for sauce on the side they didn't even fill it up they filled it up to 1/3 . They are very stingy because they want to cut labor and costs. I came to pick up my order those 5 employees were just chatting for 5 in the back having a conversation and cashier looking at me like a zombie. I waited 5 minutes for them to hand me my online order! This isn't acceptable. One time the rice was not cooked it was hard i had to throw it away. This location isn't the best. Go to Kentlands.

Always not enough food in the bowl ,and rice not cooked 2 bowl last time cost me about $23 each (Guacamole tastless)

Horrible customer service they are VERY stingy with the protein and when i ask for more they would give me an attitude or say no which is ridiculous. And on top of that the chicken was cold and burnt.

The service in this Chipotle is extremely poor. Even during rush hour, it usually takes me about 5 to 10 minutes to order my meal and leave the restaurant. However, last night I was in this Chipotle longer than expected due to a lack of service by the team. I noticed that there was only one young lady taking all the orders at first. As the line got longer, she asked multiple workers for help but they ignored her. The restaurant was busy, and for some odd reason the cashier decided to go on break or clock out during a rush. May I include, he didn’t even ask someone to take over the cashier before he left. For several minutes, multiple customers were waiting for an employee to ring us out. The prior cashier ended up ordering his own Chipotle meal & the only girl who was serving the bowls even told him out loud that there was no one in the cashier, I need you to ring up food and he did not care. The worst part is, after waiting several minutes for an employee to replace the cashier, the previous cashier butted in line & went in front of all the customers who have been waiting, to check out his own food first. I just want to conclude by saying the only girl who was working asked multiple times for help. They eventually did help her, but it was obvious they were ignoring her and customers. As a food service worker myself, I understand the stressful elements of the industry but this was really unacceptable. It was so obvious that the workers did not care.

I am a very patient person but I had to wait more than 25 minutes and there was not a single customer asking for their order. I don't understand how this is possible, there is no manager in this store.
