Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went today at 1pm and they had no carne asada! The girl just said, “we don’t have any!” Really? Ok.. so I just got steak and moved on. Then there were no forks or any utensils. There’s a good reason there were only 2 people in the place at 1pm. I try not to go to that area in general, but I will not go to this location again.

Love Chipotle but not this location. No napkins. Fountain drinks mixed up. Thought I was getting Dr. Pepper but Root Beer. When I shared with the staff, they didn’t seem to care. It was also cold in the dining area.

Was designated by the food.Aswell as refilling the hot sauce not only is it disgusting but also got me sick very serious issue when thinking of contamination. Horrible food paired with even worse service will not be going again.

Terrible. Quality control is non-existent, chicken was very chewy not good whatsoever, when I asked for double tortilla at the beginning of my order mind you I was snarled at by a women who does not even speak English, proceeded to ask for double rice before I got rice and was greeted with a half scoop when I asked for more I got a quarter scoop when I asked for more again even less, did not consider ordering double chicken anymore so stuck to one serving size. Bad staff, bad food, horrible service, would not recommend I’ve had much better service at the other location in Germantown and it doesn’t even come close I’d rather have another one of our thousand McDonald’s than go to that chipotle again and I don’t even eat McDonald’s it would just serve a better purpose.

I left the restaurant because the manager there would not reconsider my complaint. Every time I go into this Chipotle they want to give me small portions of everything. I always order a bowl, I ask for double portions, I tell them I will pay but they refuse to do it. Then, when I get to the side orders, they always tell me a different story. I ask for the condiments on the side and today they did the worst thing they could have ever done. They gave me half the cup of the condiments and told me they could only give 2 oz in the condiments cup, they don't even have a weighing machine to tell if they are giving me 2oz they just put half of what the cup can hold. And they told me I could only get 4 side cups and no more. I'm tired of being a paying customer and they always want to skimp out on the amount of food I get, as though they are the ones providing for me.
#Chipitle says they care about customer service and satisfaction but it appears their employees do not care.

Went at 11:20 am, it says open online. Five people tried to go in, the worker was sitting by the window eating her food telling us she wasn’t going to open the door.

do not order no gat dam chiptole from a delivery app this is actually the smallest my burrito has ever been 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 and my rice was BLAND.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this one had to be done. Honestly the most lazy and disrespectful staff I’ve ever come across. It’s like nobody wants to work. I came 35 minutes before close and was told I could have a burrito. During the busy hours, there was a group of 5 staff sitting around a table completely ignoring what was going on in the shop. Wouldn’t spend my money here if I were you

The area that does Chipotle use in is not the best but they make up for it for the excellent food and the damn near perfect service and I appreciate them for all that they do because they make sure to have a good attitude anytime or customer comes through even in dire situations

Everyone in this Chipotle has a nasty attitude and they insult customers in front of their face in Spanish. And I know because I speak Spanish.

I have come here so many times and each time I never have a good experience. The serving team is always rude and disrespectful and refuses to give acceptable portion sizes. Go to a different Chipotle because this one is not worth the stress.
