I had to be sure that this Chipotle had issues which I have never experienced at any other location. Initially, the food tasted off. I have been to this location a handful of times, and there was a clear difference in food quality, but still okay.

Last night, 2 hours before closing, an employee told me there was no more chicken. 2 hours before closing. Therefore, I am essentially forced to pay extra for my meal, with no other alternative. I have never experienced this at any other chain restaurant, including this beloved chain.

I wanted to express my dismay in hopes of receiving some form of compensation, such as a discount or gift card, which I would very much appreciate.

Closing time is until 11pm and at 9:24 they barely had any meat. When a customer asked if they have more coming out the cooker said nope. Management should look into this and making sure they are fully stocked until closing time

If i could give 0 stars i would. Staff is completely incompetent and rude. This has to be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They skimp on food. My kids are beyond upset with their orders I should have walked out. Waste of money

Chipotle opens at 1045, I park in front of their back door. I wait till 1045. I try the door. Locked, I walk around to the side, see the three guys(employees) siting down eating, door locked. I walk around to the front door, still three workers sitting down eating, door still looked we locked eyes last two tries. So I smiled said ok and walked next door to Charlie's. Business must be good, Charlie's is open if these guys are still sitting there eating.

Update: 10 minutes later, Charlie's was good, but was reading the negative reviews from here while I ate and holy crap! It looks like those three kings actually saved me from eating at this atrocious establishment, thanks again kings, stay hungry and do everyone a favor and just keep the doors locked.

I normally like Chipotle, but the service at this location was terrible. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, and it showed. Nobody greeted customers, they rushed through orders, and the attitude was unnecessary.

My order was made sloppy, ingredients were thrown together, and when I asked a simple question, the employee acted annoyed. If you’re open, you should be ready to serve customers with basic respect. This location seriously needs better customer service and management.

Today I was ordering a bowl on the Germantown chipotles and sudendly the manager Nicole was talking stuff about me and my friends and one server was pushing us to order quick or leave,and it wasn't even full this day,this was a bad experience on this chipotle.

This Chipotle in Germantown always gives the smallest portions. When I asked for just a bit more rice, they charged me $1.65 as a “side.” Seriously? That’s ridiculous — other Chipotle locations like Gaithersburg give fair portions without extra charges. Every time I come here, they either make excuses about “policy” or act like they’re doing me a favor. It really depends on the manager or whoever’s working. I’m so disappointed with this location.

The manager was unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about customers or the quality of the food. Definitely not coming back.
she was even touching her nose and serving food without gloves. That’s completely unacceptable and unsanitary. This location needs serious supervision and better hygiene standards.
