I don’t usually write reviews but this has got to be the worst location in the DMV. They’re stingy on their dressing, barely filled and they won’t even give you two. The workers have a bad attitude and don’t treat customers with any respect. The white rice I had was undercooked and still had a bite to it. Head to the milestones or kentlands location next time to avoid the attitude, lack of customer service, and undercooked food.

Staff here is so rude 3 times I've come here it's always something with them first time they doubled charged me something and when I came in calmly & said he overcharged me he asked the whole staff about his mistake continued to be rude and didn't even apologize for his mistake , & the females are just rude they act like your asking for handouts giving you smirks smh do better

They always get your order wrong even when you are in the store! Please don’t order from here and have it delivered because they will put what they want in your food. Anything extra you add won’t be added!
Staff here is very rude. I ordered a veggie bowl however, observed that the veggies were contaminated with chicken.so, requested if she could give me fresh veggies which were not contaminated to which she refused.I believe there shouldn’t be any contamination of meat and veggies as lot of people are vegetarian, kosher or vegan.

Hadn’t been to this particular location in a while and now I remember why…..After sometime we decided to order from here again, the server gave us the wrong protein on one of the orders fine we let it slide and decided to come back again. What a mistake, they had NO fajita veggies available, very small portions and the employees all seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. When I asked how long it would be for fajita veggies they tell me 10mins, a properly ran location would know that at peak dinner service they should be well stocked with everything. I asked for limes on the side “we don’t have any”. Asked for light red sauce they proceed to give a huge spoonful.I will NOT be coming back here again , and did you have some sense you would stay away.

Absolutely ridiculous, this is hands down the worst chipotle in the dmv area. First let me talk about the food before I get into the service, HORRIBLE!! My white polish grandmother makes better mexican food. The rice had no cilantro no lime juice nothing, it was overcooked to all get out, absolutely awful. Then I got the new barbacoa slow cooked meat, that was okay, besides the fact a massive chunk was just in there not cut or shredded down. I had also ordered chips and queso blanco, the chips had no salt on them!! Just plain dry chips awful. Now lets get on to the service. Im usually not one to complain ive been working in food service industry myself 5 years, so i try to be understanding, the woman who was ringing people up, left went to start taking out prepped food i assume for the dinner rush, yet she did it for a whole 10 MINUTES, while 7-8 people were waiting to get rung up. Actually ridiculous. Im never going to this chipotle again, horrible food, horrible service.
