Do not order delivery from this location. They repeatedly sent my order with no mix ins. But we were charged for them!

We ordered kids sizes and there was only a TBS of ice cream in each cup. One had no mix in. When we complained and asked for new order they said that how the kids size is and would not add more. Terrible service will never go here again!

This location is dangerous. You need to be careful if you go there. I went yesterday after school activity with several kids. When we entered, the place smelled similar to when milk goes bad. When we saw the ice cream, all of them were melted, and you could see the ice creams mixing among them. Also, the stone was dirty and full of ice cream and toppings. They are supposed to scrape the stone and clean it after they are done mixing. In this case, they did not clean the stone and keep mixing in top of the other flavor, completely undetectable. I asked the person there why the ice cream looked like that, and the answer was that the freezer did not work and that they had trouble keeping the temperature. So the ice cream was kept at a warmer temperature. That is the reason the place had that bad smell. It was the melted ice cream. We told them that that was dangerous and if they freezer is not working that they shouldn't be selling ice cream. They looked at us and shrub their shoulders and just said next in line. Completely unresponsive of the situation and the possible harm they can cause selling the ice cream under those conditions.

The line is 7 deep, there is a single employee moving slower than molasses. Never acknowledges the people walking in, doesn't acknowledge me standing there at checkout. So finally I just grabbed the Uber order and go, it's sitting right there and I'm staring at it for over 5 minutes, I'm not just going to stand here forever well she skips ice cream slower than anything I've ever seen before. Hire more workers!!! This is insane

Google said that this Cold Stone closed at 10pm. We walked in at 8:47pm. The rude ice cream server immediately told us that they closed at 9:00pm and that there were already too many people in line to serve us. Terrible. Unfriendly. Disrespectful. Mean.

I am writing to provide an update on a recent incident that transpired at this establishment. Regrettably, I have been prohibited from entering the premises for a period of one year. This situation arose due to the discriminatory actions of an employee, who exhibited racist behavior.

During normal business hours, the employee in question refused to prepare a smoothie and subsequently contacted law enforcement, seemingly with the intent of causing harm to me as an African American individual. It appears she hoped to provoke a dangerous encounter with the police.

Fortunately, I am well-versed in handling such situations, which prevented a potentially adverse outcome. Since the platform restricts video uploads, I will share photographs to ensure this incident receives the attention it deserves. It is imperative that such behavior is exposed and addressed.

I advise others to refrain from patronizing this establishment. Although I am banned for a year, I have no intention of returning. Additionally, it is worth noting that this establishment ceases smoothie preparation one hour before closing time. This policy should be clearly communicated on their website to prevent customer inconvenience.

I just moved around here recently and I got cold stone twice and each time they have messed up my order. The first time was in store and the second was delivery service. I’d rather take the drive and go to Brusters since every time I’ve come here my order has been completely wrong. It’s frustrating not getting what you paid for.

It is usually okay. Went in today. The place was smelling. Most likely smell was from the restroom.

Have been here twice in the past 2 weeks. As always, the ice cream is delicious. Two stars taken away because the service has been horrible. When you walk in, don't expect to be greeted or even eye contact to be made. When your order is being prepared, expect it to be made at the slowest possible speed. Don't come in here in a rush because you will leave sorely disappointed.
