This is the only Dominos that makes palatable pizza. I usually don’t like Dominos pizza in general, but when Addison (white guy with glasses) is working, the pizza is quite good and not greasy like other places. My 3 year old and her friend (also 3) both gobble it up and want seconds.
This store is super tiny and only has two sets of two bar seats facing the window to eat, but it’s always clean.

We ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza what we got was a barbecue pizza with a few pieces of steak spread across the top of it. It was not a Philly cheesesteak pizza when I called and the guy who answered the phone just simply answered. Hello never identified the business by the name Domino’s so I had to ask him what I speak in the dominoes when he abruptly told me your pizza Will be here in a few minutes, however my pizza had already been delivered. I told him about the pizza problem. He could not get his head around. It understand what I was talking about. I finally hung the phone up. I will never order from this Domino’s again. Here’s what I do now. Papa John’s would’ve never treated me this way.!

We order from here occasionally (doubt we will again). Quality is always poor lately—burnt cheesy bread, pizzas missing cheese. This time I ordered extra cheese and 3 slices were cheeseless. Their fix was a free pizza…that’ll probably be missing cheese.

I am actually pretty surprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I thankfully have not had a bad experience with this location. I order online and my pizza is always ready by the time i pick it up. Pizza is good (it's chain so its what you expect) - No complaints. The staff here have also always been friendly.

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza and a jalapeño bacon bread and it was good. Yesterday I ordered the same thing and it was burned and the bread only had a few jalapeños. In addition when I arrived to pick it up the boxes were just sitting on the counter getting cold. What does it say about a pizza place that knowingly serves burnt food to customers? Shame!

I placed a delivery order from this location and then waited over an hour for it to show up before calling to find out why it was taking so long. They told me it was delivered, which it was not (I can clearly see if anyone approached my front porch). I requested a refund and was denied because they said someone must have stole the pizza. Seriously??? Such poor customer service!!! You would expect them to take some responsibility, but instead, I was met with rudeness. The person I spoke with was unprofessional and outright refused to issue a refund, claiming his manager wouldn’t authorize it. To make matters worse, he didn’t even offer to remake the order or provide any kind of credit. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

As regular customers, we are deeply disappointed. We found a hair baked into our pizza right after leaving town. My kids refused to eat it.
When we called, the young man who answered was immediately dismissive and refused to even provide his name. We asked for Manager Sean, but he refused to speak to us. We were told a refund was only possible if we returned the pizza, which was impossible since we were already out of town.
The complete lack of accountability from the staff and management is shocking. We will not be returning.
Impolite staff, the manager is rude. The food quality is the worse on the world. That give me wrong pizza with no excuse no refund, manger hang up the phone on me, the worse customer service

We ordered 2 pizzas- 1 regular (pizza was fine). And 1 thin crust with pepperoni on half. What was delivered was burnt and not edible. Call to have them remake it and was argued with about how all thin crust pizza are always dark. What happened to Dominos guarantee that the pizza delivered would be satisfactory. Girl that talked to me (said she was a manager) and did not care that we would be order elsewhere from now on. No real customer service here

Driver was rude during delivery. Apparently the tip amount was not good enough for him. You already charge over $5 for delivery. Asking for a high tip on top is robbery
