Impolite staff, the manager is rude. The food quality is the worse on the world. That give me wrong pizza with no excuse no refund, manger hang up the phone on me, the worse customer service

We ordered 2 pizzas- 1 regular (pizza was fine). And 1 thin crust with pepperoni on half. What was delivered was burnt and not edible. Call to have them remake it and was argued with about how all thin crust pizza are always dark. What happened to Dominos guarantee that the pizza delivered would be satisfactory. Girl that talked to me (said she was a manager) and did not care that we would be order elsewhere from now on. No real customer service here

Driver was rude during delivery. Apparently the tip amount was not good enough for him. You already charge over $5 for delivery. Asking for a high tip on top is robbery

Brianna is very rude! Charged twice 100 $ for an order I didnt want because of an online order error. She refused to refund my money back. Had to call back several times because I was hung up on many times. She lied and told me the money will be refunded in a week. She also lied about the order being delivered already at my house when the Ring camera showed NOBODY AT THE DOOR! I used to work at Dominoes before. That was just horrible and very shady. Wrote this review the day it happened. You can see 2 refunds from your store 45$ each.

i’m not sure why this location offers curbside. don’t waste your time. my order was ready for about 10 minutes of me waiting after i said im here. i sat in front of the store waiting and nothing they were just hanging out. i finally went in and saw it was ready. they opened the door for me because my hands were full. polite with the door horrible waiting service. should maybe disable curbside or find a better system.
i just ordered food now...food came and was all right, a little greasy but it’s whatever....the ISSUE i had was with the person who delivered my pizza....she was very rude and demanded a tip with an attitude!

I placed an order through the app today, and while the delivery was late—which I completely understand due to the inclement weather. what I cannot understand is the behavior of a so-called “manager” Everyone has tough days, but it seems like Sean is having one of the worst days of his his life. I contacted the store 1 hour and 12 minutes after placing my order, and this “gentleman” was incredibly rude, started screaming, and then hung up on me. I hope you’re having a better day now, Sean. But let me remind you—you can’t treat people this way, especially if they’re your customers. At the very least, show some respect.
