My mother tried to place a delivery order on the phone today and this women tells her she can’t pay with cash when the delivery arrives we’ve always done this for years and now they can’t accept cash! And then has the audacity to say they’ll transfer her call to another “store” and hangs up on her . Ridiculous!

On March 22, 2024, I ordered two medium sized pizza and picked up at the store without looking into the box. However, the pizza turned out to be over cooked. I called the store and the manager, Briana told me that they can't do anything about the poor-quality pizza, because the store just replaced the old ovens with new ovens. In the future, they will bake over-cooked pizza forever because they won't lower baking time because of the new oven. She didn't try to solve the issue, but just hope it could be solved by itself. She is not a responsible manager.Every customer, please pay attention, you will receive the same over cooked pizza if you order from this store.Please try your best to avoid the store!!!!!!!!!!!

The signs say the store open at 10:00 am Delivery at 10:30 I show up at 10:00 and they say oh we are closed till 10:30 the online hours are wrong complete waste of my time

So much hair in the food it looked like a barbershop floor. When asked about it, workers were rude and did not offer anything in return. They did not give us respect or a new pizza.
ordering online is the worst they lied on tracker and via text the driver said the food was delivered but they lied then I thought that calling the store in Germantown 20874 is gonna help they didn't help. they said my order came it never came. i don't recommend this store to people. very disappointing! i wish there's zero star but dint have a choice

Pepperoni at this location and Domino's in general tastes weird and smells even worse... I mean the smell is nauseatingly bad! Not sure what it is. I LOVE pepperoni pizza from EVERY other pizza place so not sure what's different at Dominos.Also the most recent order was just terrible. We ordered 8 pizzas for a party and was highly disappointed in the lack of taste.As mentioned the Pepperoni was awful.. but aside from the ALL the pizzas lacked enough pizza sauce, couldn't taste it at all, that resulted in the pizzas tasting dry and very underwhelming.We haven't ordered Domino's in a while and this experience reminded us why. We NEVER have pizza left overs ... But this party was completely different. Of the 8 large pizzas there were 4 completely UNTOUCHED after the party.Domino's you need to do better, there is wayyy better options within walking distance, I'd even include Little Caesars on that list.

BY FAR THE VERY WORST SANDWICHES EVER!! ordered what was labeled "Cheesesteak Sub" it arrived with 2 pieces of warm bread. the contests? 1 slice of steak umm sandwich meat. 1 thin slice of tomato that was diced into smaller slivers topped with soggy brown lettuce. and an abundance of mayo. Mushroom of course cost extra. total trash. that and a medium pizza came to a total of 31.87 plus delivery driver tip. no thanks never again.

I ordered from this place and was at a friends house so I accidentally put in the wrong apartment number. The delivery diver was very rude and told me “I thought you would tip more because you put in the wrong address” very unprofessional Im not obligated to tip what so ever. I won’t be ordering from Dominos again!
