I just had a delivery driver bring me my food and basically demanded a tip now I definitely tip when I can and make it a priority to tip but that just made me so uncomfortable the food was good but that just deterred me from wanting to order from the establishment again

My post-day-trip order of 3 toppings as shown in the photo had 0 topping found upon return to home. Called and told that a credit for next order is to be given without an explanation of how that happened, first time ever to my 30-year pizza ordering.

I ordered a pizza with Hot Buffalo Sauce. They drowned my pizza in it. When I called the store to report this issue, and request for a replacement, the store guy was very rude and told me I shouldn't have ordered it with Hot Buffalo Sauce if I didn't want it. Otherwise also they messed up my order. I requested for extra pineapple, and I could barely see any pineapple on the pizza. Seems like the store manager was taking out some aggression on my food. I'd recommend other Domino's/pizza outlets.

Thank you to whoever was running the store tonight. Due to a glitch we were able to order carry out on the app despite the store having switched to delivery only hours (which we didn’t realize until we got to the store). I am very grateful y’all still took my order and made the food for us — I really didn’t feel well enough to have to cook tonight and I appreciate y’all doing this. Everything tasted good and was hot and fresh. Thanks a mil!

I love domino's pizza.I think it tastes great for the most part. But the other day, I had a very bad experience at this location. I placed an order on my app for 2 pizzas. Some time after eating most of the pizza, my wife and I got very sick to our stomach. The only food we had at that point in the day was the pizza. I called to speak with the manager later that day but was told that he wasn't available till the next day. So the next day I callled to complain and he acted as though I was trying to get a free Pizza or a refund. He could care less about the issue that there might be food poisoning involved. He never offered to check the ingredients or cleanliness of the store. He told me that people try to get over on them all the time for a refund or free food. I never asked for either. In fact the very first thing I asked him was had any other customers called in about an illness of any kind. I will no longer patronize this location. There are too many other choices out there.

I ordered my pizza at 10pm something it’s been almost one hour and no delivery has been made my pizza has been on prep for almost 30min. The worst store ever. I been calling to verify my order and no response. This is the worst pizza store ever. Middle brook does way better. I’m so disappointed. At the end on customer less. Wish this on no one!

today I encountered the most rudest delivery driver Ming That works at this Domino’s in Germantown. he got a set about the tip then he was making weird noises outside my door sounding like he was angry and ripping up the receipt paper and according to my roommates, they hurt him, trying to shove the paper under my door. I even asked for the pizza to be delivered at door and left there and that wasn’t done as well. I am a young woman. I just close the door to make the situation that’s awkward, but then he was starting to get very aggressive outside the door and didn’t leave once I closed it so please Domino get better workers.

Terrible experience. The manager at this Domino’s acted like a complete man-child — yelling, slamming things around in the background, and creating a hostile environment over a small misunderstanding we immediately corrected. Instead of handling the situation like an adult, he threw a tantrum and kicked us all out, even though we followed the rules. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. If this is how management behaves, it’s no wonder customers stop coming back.

One of the rudest employee/manager.
First they forgot to put extra topping in the order, they said they will replace the pizza . So I drive around 15 minutes , only to find my order is not ready . They confirm if they have screwed up the order and then they will start making an pizza again . When I asked them , you dont have courtesy to get the replacement pizza ready , they complain it is busy time. the replacement order too they screwed up. Completely rude , the manager started yelling and asked me to get out. If you dont want to serve the paying customer dont be in the business .
First start of saying sorry and be polite . if you yell at others and don't expect others to be calm to you. I am wishing and hoping to see your business go down the drain soon .

Pizza is good. 9.9 of 10 times it’s done on time. Usually order on the app and pick up in store. Tough to find parking in rush hour but it’s easy to pop in and out.
