I ordered a bagel egg sandwich. They have no condiments. Asked for butter and was told it would be $1 extra. For butter! It was dry and tough.

After reading some reviews, it looks like a lot of us have the same problem. The staff are quite nice, but my drink has been made right only once after multiple prompting. I hate confrontation and I need my routine in the morning, but it suckw that I have to verify my order 3 times when placing it, taste it when it comes out, and then request they fix the issue missing with it that day (yes I order a silly drink but 3 hazelnut and 3 sweetener in a large drink isn't too complicated). I hate being complicated, especially in the morning when none of us want to be awake, but it's my pre-work treat to myself and really, customers should get what they pay for. Staff have at least been kind enough to put up with me asking for it to be fixed every time without judgement.

Grateful for my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts, especially when I’m running late for a pickup and Samina was so kind enough to remake my coffee without hesitation. It’s rare to come across this kind of customer service nowadays. Samina definitely deserves a shout out!

I went to this coffee shop to get an iced coffee and asked them to make it light. They confirmed. After 5 minutes they gave me the coffee, it was bitter and had no sugar in it. I asked them to add more sugar and milk. All they did was pour some out and add some cream. $5 for a small coffee? I could make better coffee at home. On the bright side, staff were friendly and service was good, but the coffee was disappointing.

There is a lady there who works in the drive through that wears glasses that has a nasty attitude with customers. And the coffee is weak and watered down here compared to other dunkin donuts.
Staff are great. Too bad the latte machine was out of order.

Had hardly any of the types of donuts I wanted during first visit. Was on last 2 hours of the work day so assumed may be low on stock.
2nd day, got breakfast for me and my wife. Finally got boston creme for both of us. Was supposed to have gotten two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches as well. Got one of them but the 2nd one was a plain bagel. I should have posted the receipt for this. I was very disappointed since my wife did not get the sandwich she wanted at all. Was very disappointed.
