If you go to this location with the expectation that you'll wait 20 minutes, your drink/food won't be made correctly or you'll receive poor customer service, it's really not that bad.

Just go somewhere else. This location is SOOO slow. It’s takes forever to get through any sort of line. I gave myself over 20 min at this location get a coffee. It was not enough time. This is the third time I’ve tried this location and you have to give yourself 30 min to get a single coffee drink. To me that’s unreasonable.

This place has gone unbelievably downhill since management changed. Their ice coffees are either thin and watery or completely acidic because they stopped brewing it correctly and just reuse whatever the normal coffee is, but with ice. Horrible and embarrassing.

Update: now they don't even carry drink carries because they're so cheap. Go to the one on Materny road instead.

Slowest Dunkin known to man. Placed an online order, arrived about 10 minutes later and still waited for 21 minutes to receive my order. I'll literally drive to the Village to avoid this location in the future

I got a coldbrew coffee, my daughter got a sandwich. I like their coffee, especially the cold brew. Many of their competitors seem to try to outdo each other on how much they can burn their coffee beans; I am not a fan of that. The booth was dirty, and the restroom wasn't fully clean, this is kind of typical of a business that is this busy and doesn't have enough staff to send one out to clean often enough. The bathroom had a combo lock, but they are free in giving the code to customers.

Horrible service , ordered from the app and when i got there i waited for five minutes before someone told me they didnt have what i ordered , then proceeded to ignore me for another 5 minutes .. i asked if someone was going to help me and the lady yelled “I TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE IT” i understood that but being ignored was ridiculous .. i paid on the app so i needed my money back and they all made it such a problem as if i was just going to forget about the money and just leave saying they didnt have it … also the whole place stinks of freezer burn

Soooo bad never go here that lady with the glasses should be fired , i will call corporate and report her for yelling at me and causing a huge scene

Dunkin’ Donuts is my go-to spot for a sweet treat! The donut holes are always fresh, soft, and delicious — a perfect pick-me-up any time of day. And their pistachio ice cream? Extremely disappointed. I ordered a bagel sandwich and loaded hash browns from the Dunkin’ Donuts on Wisteria Drive in Germantown, and both were completely unacceptable. The bagel was burnt to a crisp, and the bacon in both the sandwich and the hash browns was undercooked. It’s frustrating to pay for food that’s not even cooked properly. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was just bad quality all around. This location really needs to pay more attention to food prep and consistency.

Absolutely trash, 9/10 my order here is wrong, Everytime I get breakfast, I have to double check my order because it’s always wrong.
Today was especially frustrating. I ordered my usual breakfast with an extra large hot chocolate, only to find out after waiting around that their hot chocolate machine was broken. They didn’t tell me upfront, so I ended up wasting an extra 10 minutes waiting for something they couldn’t even make. On top of that, when I asked for a refund, they needed my card again instead of just processing it automatically. It made me late for work and basically ruined my morning.
This kind of service is just unacceptable. I won’t be coming back again but I will be returning later after work for my REFUND.
