Ordered for pick up, only to arrive seeing that they’re closed for the night! Online order still available, their hours show as open. Now trying to reach their line for a refund! The first call, I was able to reach someone… but just silence when I spoke. All later calls goes to a full mailbox.

Tried giving this spot multiple chances, because their food is quality and it’s a small family business, but their service is terrible! In the past, they’ve been back and forth with cash only payment, and the customer service was always just rude for no reason.

Don’t go here the lady taking orders was very racist. She was following us and making sure we didn’t steal sauces but the Spanish couple in front of us didn’t get the same treatment. She was very rude and the food was not good.

Food is phenomenal! Best tacos and torta’s in Germantown and Gaithersburg area. The flavors are amazing.

Great variety of tacos and cakes as well as their salsa bar, vegetables, spicy onions and radish, cucumber and pineapple salad with habanero.

Personally, I enjoy when I order a wire and it comes with warm tortillas and nachos. It is worth the price, the dish is well served and the quality of the meat is quite good.
Excellent option to eat late at night when we return from a night of karaoke or dancing where everything is closed…. The chilango is open until 2:00 am but I always recommend calling to make sure they are in service because sometimes there are a lot of people, the menu sells out quickly.
They accept payment in cash and card, the customer service is good, they have a dining room in the back in the parking lot that although the parking is very small you can go to the truck that they have adapted as a dining room with air conditioning and good music.

I hope you enjoy when you have the opportunity and crave some tacos and that this is a good option for Mexican food.

I love their cakes but their birria is terrible. I don't recommend it.

The food is delicious but that lady who charges seems like she gives the food to the customers for free, she should change her attitude because we pay for the food and it is not cheap

I’m giving them a zero because for poor customer service and the way they don't know how to explain when you ask them things. The lady serving shows that she doesn’t have education and doesn't know how to explain a minus, I didn't want onion in my food and I told her 3 times and her response was the meat has onion, so she should have told me from the beginning that. I told her that I didn't want onion in my food, , but no, she didn't tell me anything. So if you go make sure to double check your food because they don’t explain .

BAD SERVICE FROM THAT LADY CLAUDIA, SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS, ONE PAYS FOR THE SERVICE. TERRIBLE ATTENTION I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. HE IS ONLY DEDICATED TO BEING ON THE PHONE. I HOPE THEY TAKE ACTION ON THE MATTER SINCE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
