Just left there. There were 3 people in line to order. Stood there for 7-8 minutes without any orders being taken. Watched as I assume the cashier wondered aimlessly around on the phone. She was not taking a phone order either. Customer service is lacking!!!!

I hate to complain because the boy taking my order was so friendly however I went in to order a sandwich for my husband last night right before they closed and when I was reading off the list on my phone of what my husband wanted on his NY steamer the boy would say something like “oh that comes with it already” so I said great! And then I also told him to add banana peppers and pepper corn ranch I believe. I looked at the receipt while he was making my sandwich and thought it was a little odd because it only showed the “extra” things. When I get home and give my husband his sandwich it didn’t have anything of the things it was supposed to come with the only toppings were the two extras I told him. We were a little disappointed especially since I was telling him what to add and he would interrupt and say that was already included.

I visited this establishment for lunch. I arrived when there was no kne else in the restaurant. No one came to the counter to take my order until other people arrived. I placed my order (1 sub) and received my order after the other people who arrived after me. Service is very important to me, I won't be visiting this Firehouse Subs ever again! Do yourself a favor and drive to Rockville.

What happened to Firehouse subs? Perhaps the worst pastrami sandwich I ever had. I ordered a medium which looks like a small sandwich. Way over priced for three pieces of pastrami. The pastrami is horrible. Shame on firehouse as you only look at corporate profits over customer satisfaction.

I don't usually like to post something like this but just went to the Firehouse Subs near the mall across from ihop where I thought the food was good but pricey. Today went there 3:25 pm for steak subs and lady taking about to take my order was picking her nose. I looked around and saw no gloves on people behind counter where she had just been where they fix the food so left being disgusted. Sorry but they have lost my business after this. That is just nasty. Had I not seen for myself I would not have believed it. This is for the Firehouse in Laurel, MD

NY Steamer is delicious. Not too many sandwich places offer pastrami and/or corned beef. Service is always fast and friendly. My GO TO place whenever i'm craving some fresh n' hot pastrami!!

It isn't cool to play with or around one's food. If you use a dirty rag to wipe up something you should change your gloves. You can cross contamin and get someone sick. This just happened to me so there for I will no longer buy from this place. You shouldn't catch a attitude when a customer ask you to change your gloves and not serve meat using dirty gloves after the fact.

About three days ago my family and I were in BelAir and my brother ask if i would take him by firehouse subs it would be the first time he had one so i had him call it in and i have to tell you never again he was talked to in a way that no employee dealing with customers should be spoke to I don't care how busy (lunch time) you are if I am on the phone I don't know your line is out the door anyway I called back after I told him to hang up and ask for the manager ( I believe it was the same person) and went over what happened he knew all about it tried.to explain now this is another thing that made me angry.I told him it was our first time ordering and at this point I'm using a different phone he tells me that he is pretty sure he has seen our number before so now he's calling me a liar at this point I'm done and I am going on fb to tell this story again these people need retraining.

Decided to get Firehouse Subs (delivery) via DoorDash.Ordered two hot specialty subs -- Italian (picture below) and a Hook and Ladder. Excellent choices. Arrived 40 minutes later and still hot. Well packaged and all items included (chips and cookies). Oatmeal cookies are delicious.Only my second time having this brand. Will order again.Enjoy!

Firehouse is always a great sub. The Cheddar brisket is hard to pass up along with any specialty/limited subs they may be offering.
