Everything tastes as if it’s fried in the same grease and the grease was due to be changed. The seasoning for the chicken tastes as if it’s loaded with sodium. We spent $60+ for 3 people and threw almost everything out after only a few bites. Very disappointing. We will not return to another Hangry Joe’s location. We’re one and done with this experience. 😞

All the staff is so friendly , food is fresh and tastes amazing. Marlen is def one of the best with great customer service. Love her!!

This franchisee is like a hole in the wall that is cozy and small. I chose 18-pieces wing order with Wild Zing and Cheese seasoned flavors with waffle fries. The Wild Zing tasted like BBQ sauce, while I didn't taste any of the cheese on the other half. They need to be improved. Waffle fries were good but a little bit salty. The total price for my order was cheaper than Bonchon had I selected the same quantities. I forgot to add to my previous comment that I found some drumsticks in my 2 boxes even though I ordered all wings option.

To much time waiting for the food

This Germantown location messed up our order again and ruined tonight’s dinner. We ordered spicy soy garlic wings and received regular soy garlic. We are very disappointed because we were looking forward to the delicious spicy soy garlic.

Very long wait time even for simple items.They won’t even tell you it will take time.Despite 6 people present no one tries to wish you at the counter.3 stars only for the taste of the food.its awesome.

I’ve been to the Hangry Joe’s in Travilah before and had a great meal there. This was my first time ordering from Germantown. I placed an order for a mega sandwich plus fries and a drink for take out. The chicken was well seasoned and spice level was pretty hot for medium level. However, the bun was absolutely horrible. The bottom bun was like a thick chunk of cardboard and I am not exaggerating. It was impossible to bite. I had to eat the sandwich without it. I cannot believe someone picked up that piece of bread and thought it would be acceptable to use. Also, my sandwich was supposed to have pickles in it and it did not.

Burned fries. Smell and taste very bad due to dirty and burned oil. Sando patty is changed by small nuggets. Price are $3 off between menu board and register.
Manager call me back and confirm that they will make changes and your experience will be better.

Everyone I dealt with in the process was wonderful on both my visits. My first visit wasn’t up to par but I gave them a second chance and was floored. In my first visit I somehow got strawberry mixed in my Oreo milkshake and I got the wrong sandwich but because it was a Togo order I didn’t want to bother them and having them remake it since I was in a time crunch. I ordered a second entirely different meal two weeks later and was floored with how fresh our wings were. My wife also loved them very much. Hot, crunchy, flavorful and perfectly cooked. Game winner there. We got mild cause medium can be a bit overwhelming. Also got a mighty chicken sando combo with a Oreo shake again and this time was completely different from the first. The sandwich was the proper size and milk shake was perfect, fries were good too and had a nice crunch. The hangry sauce was super delicious and we ate all of it!

Worst experience , men in the back cooking food slaps a cold frozen piece of cheese on your sandwich , doesn’t follow online order directions they just give you what they want you to have . Young lady in the front so sweet she needs to go to Gaithersburg location she will do well!!!
