I was really disappointed with the service at this location. The staff seemed unorganized and it took a very long time to get my order, even though the place wasn’t that busy, the experience was frustrating

The chicken wings is very good. Now they have a very good deal. Two dozen JUMBO (yes Jumbo!) Chicken Wings (and HALAL!) for $24.99. The Korean Chicken Nuggets is also very delicious. They have a good deal on it, $7.99!!

This review isn’t just about this one location — it’s about the entire Hangry Joe’s franchise. The lack of consistency from one store to another is unbelievable. I’ve been to at least six different Hangry Joe’s locations, and every single one has been different. It’s a complete gamble — about a 50/50 chance whether your food will be good or not.

This particular location was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ordered the Hangry Chicken Salad and received barely any salad — literally gave me 2 bites of lettuce and a pile of chicken, easily three whole chicken breasts. If I wanted a plate of chicken, I wouldn’t have ordered a salad. To make things worse, they threw in pickles — which aren’t even listed as part of the ingredients — and hid them underneath everything. It shows a total lack of care or attention to what they’re serving.

There’s clearly no standard or quality control between franchises. Some locations get it right, but others completely fail to deliver even the basics. It’s frustrating because the concept and menu have real potential, but the inconsistency ruins the entire brand. Hangry Joe’s seriously needs to enforce proper standards if they want customers to keep trusting them.

First I want to start off by saying these are the NASTIEST chicken tenders… fingers whatever you want to call them. The skin on the tender was so soggy it didn’t stick to the chicken AT ALL. The flavors ??? MID. I mean did they even try at all ??? Were those tenders old ??? Oh and don’t get me started on the fries :) they were disgusting. So stiff and dry I don’t even think it was the consistency of a potato anymore I think they tasted like chips. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We grabbed some chicken and fries. My wife read some other reviews saying the chicken was a little over cooked and we would have to agree on that. It was good, but not great. The fries are really good though and the sauce they provide is good also. The Korean chicken was liked by all, but also agreed upon that it was too hot for us. Next time we'll get the non spicy version. The floor was a little sticky and the tables not that clean. But the service was great and all of the customers were treated well even though it was pretty busy.

Please don’t bother ordering anything here. Wasting your time is a sport for them. The cashier named Zul purposely made me wait to receive cold food and was rude when I approached a second time to ask for my order that had been sitting there for 15 mins.

After waiting 20 mins in my car for my order, I came inside to pickup at which point Zul informed me that there was no order placed. I realized that I mistakenly never pressed the confirm button and with him watching my screen, I pressed the ‘confirm my order’ button in the phone application. My order ticket immediately printed from the ticket machine between him and I. When he picked it up, I showed him my order page again and informed him the ticket he picked up was the order I had been waiting on. He nodded and took it into the kitchen. I thought he didn’t hear me so I said it again much louder to which he nodded from the kitchen and acknowledged that he understood. It was a small order for fried nuggets. After sitting in the lobby for 25 additional minutes watching 2 new customers order, wait, and receive their food, I asked Zul if he knew when my food would be ready. He turned to the order that had been sitting on the counter for 10-15 mins while I sat just on the other side waiting, then rudely demanded my name. I sat for 25+ mins without anyone checking in or anyone asking if I’ve been helped or what I’m waiting on. No one asked if the only order on the counter was for the only customer left inside waiting for an order. Despite the fact I was clearly trying to pick up an order and despite him watching me confirm the order, taking the ticket immediately, then acknowledging me saying it was my order twice, he still let the food sit and avoided eye contact with me until I became irate and demanded my order. I just got off a 12 hour shift and have to eat cold food because that poor little man hates his job and his life. My family and friends eat here frequently but I will not be wasting my time at this place ever again and I’ll suggest to anyone I know that they avoid the same. $14 & 50 minutes wasted late on a weekday for some cold chicken nuggets. Ridiculous. Abysmal service and experience from a worthless copy-and-paste franchise with uninterested & unvested employees sloppily throwing orders together and working at their own pace.

Chicken Pocha right down the street is a far better option. Authentic food made by authentic people. Amazing food, a lovely & friendly family style staff, and far better value for your money. I sincerely regret my choice to eat here tonight and won’t make the same mistake again.
