The bathroom didn't have heat. There was a space heater plugged in from the outside of the bathroom.
Service should've been better because we were the only patrons. We were never checked on once we got our food unless we flagged down the waiter.
The food is edible, but nothing to savor.

Our waitress Sebastian from IHOP in Germantown with a code in my receipt of 420402580831402, made our visit truly special. My granddaughter can be very picky, but Sebastian never once lost his patience. He stayed calm, gentle, and so attentive, making sure everything was just right. The way he treated my baby girl warmed my heart — he was kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. Because of him, our experience was not just good, it was memorable. Excellent service and a wonderful experience. We are so thankful for such wonderful service.

A large portion of my order was missing, and when I called, Juan, who identified himself as the general manager, immediately argued with me about what I had ordered instead of trying to resolve the issue. He then told me I could come pick up the missing items, even after I explained that I had the flu, which is why I ordered delivery in the first place.
He eventually offered a partial refund, but when I asked for an emailed copy of the refund receipt, since I never received my original receipt and wanted proof after such a difficult call. He told me he was “too busy.” When I asked for his name and position, he became defensive. After I asked whether he was the general manager or a shift lead, he said it was none of my business and accused me of discriminating. Only after going back and forth did he finally confirm he was the general manager. Overall, the missing items and the unprofessional, dismissive attitude made this a very frustrating experience.
Update: it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund and haven’t heard anything from anyone

This place is not the way it used to be, we arrived and there was no one to greet us and get us a table. We waited for a bit and decided to leave. It is not the first time this happens. There just to be joy. No wonder it is always empty...

They charged my card when i tipped in CASH!!!

My parents took my 96 year old grandmother here after an appointment. They ordered full meal items for themselves but a kids meal for her, management told them they were not allowed to order from the kids menu for her even with buying two full meal items for themselves. 96 year olds do not eat alot of food if they don't want business our families will be eating there again. (Also if they were a mom and pop buisness i could understand but to limit who can order what based on age is ridiculous. Seniors eat small meals too.Ihop is not losing money from one senior ordering from the kids menu especially with two other full meals being ordered)

Food was good like always but it was HOT. Seems like they turn of the AC when there’s not many people here. Had a headache from the heat hopefully they’ll do better in the future.

The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed to ignore our table for most of the night. We waited a long time for everything from getting our drinks to receiving the check and they were very rude

My order was completely wrong and the food was inedible. The burger I received was cold and looked as though it had already been eaten. I am very disappointed and will not be returning
I order the jalapeno burger and they gave a different one prob a different costumer forgot it and they put it in my order
Very bad experience!!!! The waiter was very bad, and the three of us only ate around dollars, but the 20% tip was automatically charged on the bill!!!! The waiter said it was a regulation, which is ridiculous!

Maycol is one of the best servers there! Never writes anything down but memorizes every single order. He's quick and with the orders and brings the food out when it's still nice and hot! Amazing service today
