My parents took my 96 year old grandmother here after an appointment. They ordered full meal items for themselves but a kids meal for her, management told them they were not allowed to order from the kids menu for her even with buying two full meal items for themselves. 96 year olds do not eat alot of food if they don't want business our families will be eating there again. (Also if they were a mom and pop buisness i could understand but to limit who can order what based on age is ridiculous. Seniors eat small meals too.Ihop is not losing money from one senior ordering from the kids menu especially with two other full meals being ordered)

The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed to ignore our table for most of the night. We waited a long time for everything from getting our drinks to receiving the check and they were very rude defefinely don't recomment coming here.

My order was completely wrong and the food was inedible. The burger I received was cold and looked as though it had already been eaten. I am very disappointed and will not be returning I order the jalapeno burger and they gave a different one prob a different costumer forgot it and they put it in my order

Very bad experience!!!! The waiter was very bad, and the three of us only ate around dollars, but the 20% tip was automatically charged on the bill!!!! The waiter said it was a regulation, which is ridiculous!

So when I first came in my server who had a pearl headband was polite but she wasn’t present on the floor so I’ve had to ask another server for things and had to go find stuff myself which is fine, the other server was complaining about her already and I just wanted to eat my food and enjoy my day with my nephew but there was tension within the workers and I heard arguments throughout my meal. I even almost paid the wrong bill and I asked for 2 milkshakes and only got one which wasn’t even a big deal but the service throughout my meal was bad. I felt bad asking other staff for things because my server was barely anywhere to be found up until that bill came through. She finally gives me the correct bill and I decided not to tip today because the energy threw me off today and I asked for help from different servers and she came up to me to ask for a receipt because I took it by mistake and she had an attitude because I didn’t tip her and she stood there for a minute hovering over me as I was sitting, expecting me to change my mind maybe? when I’m sitting there waiting for my ride, I already paid, just didn’t tip today. In front of my nephew she made a face, rolled her eyes, had attitude, and stormed off just because I didn’t tip her for service she barely provided. She was nice and that was it. Would’ve rather tipped the other server at that point though.
