Rude, obnoxious, counter person. Raised his voice at me. Place is barely clean. Food average. I sent a complaint to corpirate and they sent it to tbe franchise owner of this location and he never got back to me after I waited 5 days. I go to the Kentlands location for years, since they opened, and they are clean and treat me with respect. This was the first time and last time I go to the Germantown location. It sucks!

So I think this is 1st time ive been disappointed in a Jersey Mike's since I worked @ one 15+ years ago when they were getting big. But whoever made aint doing something right. I was there waiting for my sandwich, picked it up as soon as it was done, ate in truck & BREAD WAS SOGGY! Ordered #9 Mike's way w/ mayo & pickles.

It’s very upsetting to have to write a bad review for this place because it is my favorite sub shop. This Milestone location has truly declined in service. I have been coming here since 2015 and recently you can tell that the staff is on the younger side and the customer service is barely cutting it. I just had a horrible conversation with the assistant general manager Samson and his other manager on duty Adriana. Looking forward to speaking with the stores general manager tomorrow. The owner may want to consider retraining on the management side. The lack of care while making or completing someone’s online order is unacceptable.

Please don’t eat here or be very careful and look at your food before you eat it Today my son and I decided we wanted a sub ,when we got home, sit down to eat our sub, I bit into my sub and there was a bug crawling on my sandwich, I was so mad I forgot to take a picture, I through the whole sub in the trash, never again 😡😡

Had the worst experience at this jersey mikes the other day. I was rung up by a lady who was super rude to me for asking if the mini sub was the same as the kids sub . I wasn’t aware there was a difference until I got to the checkout but I clearly had my toddler with me and was ordering for him. I feel like that should’ve been offered to me when I first ordered because I clearly had very little experience ordering from Jersey mikes. The woman who checked me out “up and downed me before deciding to give me the worst customer service possible like just my presence was annoying to her. I was even going to try and pay with an upside offer code but didn’t have the courage to ask her if I could , at the risk of inconveniencing her further. If the cashier is so miserable at her job that she’s going to take it out on customers, maybe she shouldn’t work there. Food is also pretty mid

This is the worst restaurant in the franchise I’ve witnessed. Why did I decide to go after I vowed, I never step foot in there again. Sweeping the floors as preparing food is disgusting & I had to say something. Why is always filthy in there & the staff’s uniform look the same. Although, I live closer to Germantown, I go to FALLSGROVE. I would suggest your staff be trained by the fallsgrove staff to get a better understanding of cleanliness in all areas to get your restaurant up to par.

My husband and I ordered food for delivery, and my husband's sub was missing multiple condiments (e.g., mayo, hot pepper relish, oil, and vinegar). When he called to notify the store, the employee and manager, Stacy, were extremely unprofessional and combative. This location desperately needs employee training on how to make sandwiches and handle customer service.

Salad was a disappointment. Someone who doesn’t eat salad thought this was a good idea to make money, but falls short in the area of product delivery. Their sub an in a bowl doesn’t come with croutons or any type of salad seasoning pack. It’s basic, not a “sub-in-a-bowl above.”
