First time trying Chinese noodles as a regular American? Try the scallion pancake appetizer, minced pork dry mixed noodle, and beef shank noodle soup. The appetizer is a fried scallion dough type, and the meats in the entrees are very easy to eat for anyone not familiar with Asian type meat cuts (minced pork is the easiest for the newbie).
