I used to go to the one by Einstein Bagels and that one's fantastic. I've been to this one a handful of times and each time something has been wrong with my sandwich. Missing topping, not reading the receipt properly so missing chips/napkins/mustard, not making it until I get there, etc. I've only placed online orders.

The sub rolls are fresh and delicious. The meat and cheese are wonderful. The lettuce and tomatoes fresh and crisp.

This location is very clean and quiet. Friendly. I wish the sandwich had the option of being toasted, but that's not on the location, that's o the menu. Prices are fair(?) I had problem finding napkins (they were behind the counter next to the sandwich making place. ) It was lunchtime (12ish) but very little foot traffic. I hope it does better on weekends.

I visited Jimmy John's for the first time for lunch today. The store is the new location in Germantown MD. The store is clean and bright and well organized. The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful with describing their sandwiches and toppings. My sandwich was delicious. I will go back regularly.
